This is my third time arriving at Pulp Solon at 7:00 AM, and they were not open—despite their posted hours. Each time, I’ve had to wait for the workers to arrive, and today I stood at the counter for several minutes with no acknowledgment.
When the staff finally came in, they were openly cursing and complaining about the night shift leaving things soaking overnight. The environment was loud, disorganized, and extremely unprofessional.
There were three people that came in to open, but only one person was actually going to work and asked multiple times if the other two can come help her. My smoothie after 15 minutes was finally made but made incorrect. I then had to wait on a replacement. None of the utensils they needed were ready…This is not the level of service I expect from any establishment.

Came here October 2nd 8:05 , there were two workers I along with other customers were ignored so one of the workers could have a long deep intimate conversation with her male friend who doesn’t work here. So apparently she invited males to her job to chat instead of actually doing her job.

Was there two days in a row. But never going back. Yesterday the three girls working were rude to another customer who insisted she ordered and paid for a large drink but they gave her a medium. They also left her drink on the counter without calling it out to the customer. Today they served 3 people who came in after me, before me. I called them out for it and they never even apologized. The girls working there are caddy and seem to be picking and choosing who they will be rude to. They also greet some people and not others as they enter. I was paying attention. Sad because I think one of the girls may be the owners daughter based on what another customer told me. I don’t think the mom would be to happy to know her daughter is loosing her customers. I think the daughter may be trying to be cool to impress the other girls? These small businesses need mature mangers to keep the professionalism alive. I will try to reach out the owner Elaine Poland and let her know what I’ve seen. The place was always good in the past, but this new group of employees is not. Great smoothies, but service is not so great. Need to find a new local smoothie bar, as I won’t be back.

There Tuesday and the atmosphere is terrible! I felt as though I was a bother and the attitudes sucked from ALL OF THEM there. Today my preteen granddaughter went and came home saying you could see the girls underwear in her way to sexy for pulp shorts! Oh then they get a regular wage and it prompts you to leave a tip. Maybe at the Macedonia location but not there.

Workers need more training,they don’t wash the apples before juicing and the orange juice is not fresh bcoz they keep it in the jug for a long time and it tastes bitter and nothing like fresh ,which is the whole concept of their store.
Still no improvement after so long,worst than before,management needs to take it over.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was very welcoming and patient, the smoothies tasted delicious, but most importantly the store was spotless! A clean work environment adds a lot to the experience. The floors were mopped and the tables were wiped when I was walking in. I WILL be going back and can’t recommend Solon pulp enough!

My experience was unpleasant to say the least. I ordered a large smoothie with an extra scoop protein. Unfortunately they added way too much ice, resulting in a bland smoothie, nearly a quarter of the smoothie remained in the blender. It was not only awful tasting. It was also pointless for me to add the whey because much of it was left in the blender. They were nice at the front desk. Bad experience. For $10 dollars it’s customer robbery. Won’t be coming back.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location, I placed an order for 2 drinks, in which I waited 30 mins for me to receive due to the employees making their own drinks before customers & mobiles, after finally receiving my 1st drink it was wrong, & then I was told they were out of a certain juice but it was never communicated that my drink was substituted for something else, not considering the fact that I didn’t want that & I could be allergic, sad to say I will never come to this location ever again

Smoothies are great but service always makes me feel like I’m disrupting their lives. I’ve been going here for quite some time now, and only two people stand out to me with positive attitudes. Today the girls attitude was just so horrible! The expression on her face really made me so uncomfortable I didn’t even wanna tell her that she did not add the mangoes (have them added) to my smoothie (I get the same smoothie every time and didn’t taste the same today). I don’t know if I’ll ever come back again, but I sure hope things get better either way!!!

Emma was FANTASTIC! The store was so clean, service was fast and efficient and Emma and Tiff made great conversation while I waited for my order. I would definitely return here- ask for Emma, she’s a cool girl!
