Emma was FANTASTIC! The store was so clean, service was fast and efficient and Emma and Tiff made great conversation while I waited for my order. I would definitely return here- ask for Emma, she’s a cool girl!

I asked for the protein packer with lemonade as the base instead of soy milk and was told that "the owner doesn't want us to do that anymore". I do this at almost every pulp location. I guess the owner doesn't want business or teach it's workers about customer service and adapting to the clients wants when you have everything you need to fulfill it. Would recommend SMOOTHIE KING! Ingredients are better and serviced is always better....

The smoothies were good but I’m all about customer service. The cashier was texting while at the register and was not very friendly or had the best customer service skills. I said thank you didn’t get a response no you’re welcome. Not even have a good day. The texting while at the register in mid order was not okay.

The smoothies never come out right anymore, they're either extremely thick where you can't drink it through a straw with huge fruit chunks. Or the smoothie is as thin as water. So disappointing

I come to this location fairly often and I called in and pre-ordered a PB& G rap to which I found hair in. I will not be given this location a second chance however I would like to hear of them being more sanitary in the future.

I stood there waiting to be acknowledged nobody said hello or hi or bothered to take my order, another lady comes in and they ask her if she’s picking up and I still was never acknowledged. Literally ordered a Caesar chicken wrap and there was 3 tiny mashed pieces of chicken! Just cheese and lettuce mostly. What a waste!

I have came to this location multiple times, and each time I’ve came I bring my own apple in for them to make my fresh juice, I bring them in because I don’t eat GMO fruit I only eat organic. I always offer to pay full price even though I’m bringing in my own fruit. Today I came in and the lady had an attitude when I asked her to make my juice with my apples, she states “we can’t do that “ ?I express to her that makes no since, I’ve had it done multiple times and plus I’m willing to still pay full price..I told her she’s not making since,,,I will never come back to this location ever again. Rude behavior and terrible customer service…why wouldn’t you want to make money from a transaction that not taking away food cost from your company ?? meanwhile other Pulp locations allow this all the time

The customer service is terrible. I rarely give negative reviews but the staff is not friendly at all. They are not helpful or pleasant. If I had not promised my granddaughter a smoothie, I would have not made the purchase.
