I come here often and the staff is lazy, does not care about quality or getting the order correct. There is almost always big chunks that get stuck in your straw, and the smoothie can't be enjoyed properly. Management must be lacking here.

I personally have too many allergies to ensure a can safely have a smoothie at any Pulp location but my teenager LOVES Pulp and we stop at the Solon location when we're traveling back n forth from Cleveland Clinic campuses. He has tried a number of their offerings and has never had a complaint about any. Staff is always friendly, prompt, efficient and smiling.
