Very beautiful atmosphere. Lots of fun activities to do with the family or a date night. Ordered garlic parmesan wings, was delicious. Staff was very nice. I wanted to give 5 stars but some of the arcade games was broken.

Was just treating the absolute worst way. Came to the stand to get the lane, 4 girls were chatting together, not paying any attention to the customers in line. I came to the table, one girl, who saw i came close, turned her head away and was standing with her side towards me. I asked her name, she ignored and was continuing standing with her profile ignoring me. Then i asked another girl next to her, to get the lane, and asked for the name of that first girl. Got an answer Lexi, then i asked for the manager, another girl said she was one and her name was Tiara. If they were stating the truth. Had absolute horrible experience and feeling. Was under the impression that i got somewhere in high school with kids that had no idea what customer service was.

Arcade is good. Not so expensive. You can win a big ball almost every time as i guess they let u win as a promo. Bowling is acceptable. Staff nice.

Had reservations for 7; set of score card, and at 7:04, it said we had already used 10 minutes of our two hour slot. I advised the lady at the counter who told me that time starts at whatever time your reservation is set for. Clearly, this still didn't make sense because it was only 7:04, and our reservation was for 7. She said she would put the time back. I continued bowling only to realize the time had not been put back. Someone else was not at the counter who finally put the time back. Our waitress was subpar. Our drinks were delivered to a take that was not ours. A robot brought out food, but we didn't know because no one told us about how the food would be brought to us. Luckily another customer saw it cold just sitting on the robot and came over and told us. Because, like us, she said no one told her either and her food just sat.

To secure a lane if you have 6 people, you only have 2 hours to bowl for 2 games per 6 people groups. Otherwise, food was good, the environment was very nice and party like, and the prices were reasonable.

Worst place I ever been to this place is terrible apon arriving waiter late , lane doesn't work no one cared to show us how it works mind you (black ) family and another family lane was broken as well so the only 2 black groups of people have their lane malfunctioning ( odd ) but I continued to ask for help while my time continues to go down paid $59 for 2 hrs and stayed 15 min . I should of known from the walk in my kind wasn't welcome . Im not sure what happen to this place we came here a few yrs ago and it was not like this . Then they spelled my name wrong this place my people stay away !!! Please ! Not worth your money me and my black family will not be returning !!
Update 3/2/25 they respond to the broke machine saying they can't control a machine at they wow , everything else must be true lol what a joke ofa owner and look at the new comments or reviews this place sucks !! Especially for ( blks ) Anybody leave a good review they must be ( whte) smh sorry bowling ally

Very expensive and very loud. A family of 6 costs $161 just to get in the door and bowl. There are no areas without loud music and flashing lights. If you have someone in your party who has sensory sensitivities (autism or epilepsy). The facilities are well maintained and clean, but I want to play a sport, not feeling like I'm in Los Vegas. I'm happy for the gluten free pizza but few other GF options.
