I HAD to leave a review and I never do. My matcha I got today was the best I’ve ever had from Starbucks. I don’t know who made it but thank you so much 🤩 I’ve had matcha from Starbucks before and almost gave up ordering it since it is usually super chalky or overbearing but WOW this was 10/10.

Always get my drink right and a fast move in the morning. The drive-thru can take some time but it's not due to the response of the baristas. They are moving fast and efficiently, they just get a large influx of orders. They remember my name and my orders and are always friendly.

Worst iced flat white ever! It was mostly milk and not enough coffee.
I've been drinking flat whites for years at other locations, so I know this wasn't made correctly. Definitely needed more coffee.

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and it was all ice no coffe not any of the frappe chips nothings am so upset and i added extra and pay extra for the frappe chips but it was all ice please add less ice from next time

I never run into problems at any Starbucks, but my experience in this particular Starbucks isn’t that great.
The staff member in question took my order, but when she repeated it back to me, it wasn’t correct.
I repeated my order, but she kept interrupting me multiple times.
When we got to the window, most of our order was wrong. When I pointed this out to the staff member (the one wearing black lipstick), she was very rude and told me it was my fault for not being clear. When I tried to return my coffee, she refused and said I could just buy an extra shot of espresso and stir it into the coffee I had just been given. Rude! I think I’ll go to a different Starbucks from now on.

Nice Starbucks. Items come out pretty quickly. Has a small seating area and also has a drive-thru.
Jason at the Solon Village Shopping Center, is truly outstanding! His warm smile, exceptional customer service, and positive energy brighten my mornings and create a welcoming atmosphere. He goes above and beyond to make every customer feel valued. Starbucks is lucky to have such a dedicated and amazing team member!
If I am coming through the drive-through, why are the orders not being made as the cars are coming in? Why are two or three other orders sitting there before mine as I’m waiting in line to get my drink making me late for work as I’m waiting seven minutes for a order that should’ve been done before the order is behind me. Please try to make the orders as the people are coming through the drive-through so they can get their drinks on time or their food on time and can get to where they need to be on time.

WORTHLESS LOSERS WITH POOR WORK ETHIC. I walked in last night. THE DOORS WERE OPEN. A couple minutes before 8pm. They told me they are closed and kicked me out. Then why were the doors unlocked? They could have EASILY filled my simple 1 coffee order, since they were still filling orders for drive thru. Don't support this store.
