Pure chaos in and around there.

Terrible service. Ordered 3 drinks, 1 order was done within 10 minutes. I waited and after 40 mins followed up on the other 2 frappucinos. Kid behind the counter tells me he has 18 drinks in the queue and doesn’t know when he can give me my other drinks. Not even an apology, just rudely ignored me.

If you need Starbucks go to Market District or the one down in Aurora. Don’t bother with this branch, even the manager didn’t step in to apologize

I think Starbucks is a good indicator was to where we are in society today... the person who walks in for coffee has to wait 16 minutes to simply order a regular coffee (not even a fancy, blended drink), and another 3 minutes to finally get it. Why? Because the drive-thru and online orders take precedence over everything else. It's not even about which order came in first. I saw them fulfill four drive-thru orders since I was there and no one even bothered. This is a new phenomenon since they started drive-thru and online ordering. I've been a customer for 30+ years and I have decided NEVER AGAIN. No one cares about customer service in turn converts into no one cares about anything at all.

Placed order at 2:25, arrived 2:35 and my items never went on the mobile order table until I went up at 2:48 which my Cold sandwich and two drinks waited for me. Never hit the mobile counter as I waited. Why would my items not be where they supposed to be and why would no one ask, hey we notice your waiting did you have an order for pickup but no I did all the work.

Starbucks baristas at this location were friendly and they had good customer service. You're greeted when you first enter the store and they made my order correctly the way I like it

The people working here are really great and kind, but at the same time I cannot stand coming to this place at all. Either a drive thru or going inside the store, the waiting time is ridiculous. Everytime I go in i have to wait atleast 20 minutes.The inefficiency of managaing all the orders is to the next level. I see people who place order later than me getting theirs first sometimes. My order was missed twice when I went in and i had to spend 25 minutes to get what I want.
The store manager needs to manage better by hiring more people during peak hours or find another efficient method.

This is main reason I hate coming to this place and rather prefer local heritage cafe to get faster.

I HAD to leave a review and I never do. My matcha I got today was the best I’ve ever had from Starbucks. I don’t know who made it but thank you so much 🤩 I’ve had matcha from Starbucks before and almost gave up ordering it since it is usually super chalky or overbearing but WOW this was 10/10.

Always get my drink right and a fast move in the morning. The drive-thru can take some time but it's not due to the response of the baristas. They are moving fast and efficiently, they just get a large influx of orders. They remember my name and my orders and are always friendly.
