For several years I would Visit Subway once or twice a week. Recently, we were having a party and, based on a coupon, wanted to order several Subs. Even though there are five Subways within a few minutes of us, only one would accept the coupon. Then, when I tried to order online, their site would not work on Microsoft Edge or Samsung's operating systems. So, I tried to call ahead but they do not accept phone orders any longer. They need to straighten out their act.

Bruh looked me straight in my face soon as I got to the front of the line and then said sorry it’s gonna be a while. And made 10 sandwiches for online before even asking me my order I just wanted a damn churro

If I could rate I could rate this a zero I would. The same guy is there and he is so rude and nasty. Judging from the other reviews I guess I’m not the only one. The first picture is literally a photo telling the customer NOT to use their phone. Who are they to tell the customer not to use their phone for a better experience. When the experience is already bad in itself. Then next picture of the sandwich he didn’t put the amount of chicken my mom wanted for the sandwich and literally said “So you want to pay 2$ extra for more chicken?”. Really?? All the other subways do NOT charge extra for a regular amount of chicken. And DON’T get me started on the rationing he does. I asked for olives and he put literally four olives on my sandwich. A slither of mayonnaise and when I asked for extra packets he told me they had none. Then he tried to justify the reason he rations. He said “I’m not rationing. There’s a way to make a sandwich and a way not to make a sandwich”. Little does he know I’ve worked at a sub shop for 2 year before. So trust me I know how to make a freaking sandwich. And why are you making MY sub by your standards? I’m paying for it, ME. Like if you’re going out of business because of your piss poor customer service just say that. I will NEVER come here again.

I hate that this subway is the closest to me. The owner and staff are so unfriendly, it appears as if they hate their jobs. Never happy or kindI wish I could take my bissness to another location. Rrrrr.
