Management turns off app orders during lunch hours and wont recognize online promos in store while they have the app disconnected

They have an insane policy, that they only accepts 20 in app orders a day so once that limit is reached they no longer accept any regardless of anything else is how it was explained to me by the employee when my in app order was immediately cancelled. But they are still actively serving customers in store. But as we all know all the deals and BOGOs are only on the app. So we’re penalizing ppl for ordering in the app now??? Most insane policy I’ve ever heard. Will never come back here.

The miles rd subway was very clean and well organized. It was also one of the most beautiful subways I’ve seen from the inside. Owner of the subway store on miles road was also very nice, and made a great sub. 5 stars

Here’s where you go for top notch service & a perfect sandwich! Michael put together the best sandwich I ever had at Subway. He knew from 20 years experience how to put it together just right!! He made my day!!

Been coming here for a while and it has been going downhill, but today I was insulted and treated in a way I will never go back or trust food from there. I walk in and order a sub - I don't think the guy can here me because he has headphones in. He gets it wrong - no big deal - I say I ordered this with X cheese please.
Shot me the dirtiest look - didn't remake the sub with the correct cheese - and then when I asked for a little sauce squirted a ton on and gave me a threatening look. I made the mistake of paying - and when I left I tossed it. Didn't feel safe. Never again.

I gave 3 stars because the man who made my sub was fantastic. However, it was busy in the heart of lunchtime and the owner(?) was just standing by the cash register not doing anything to help. The line was 5-6 customers deep. The meatball sub was "fair."

If I want to go to Subway I will drive an extra 5 minutes to go to the North Solonocation. It's always clean, the staff are friendly and polite and I've never had a bad experience with the location.

I went out for lunch while at work in Bedford Heights and traveled to Solon because my boss recommended them saying the store is cleaner and the food is much fresher at the Solon location on Miles Road! I definitely was not disappointed the customer service was very pleasant and the food was some of the best Subway I’ve ever had, very fresh indeed! I will definitely be coming back to this location often for lunch!

The owner is deleting reviews the REAL rating is 3.0 stars and that’s a very generous rating. I’m going re-upload MY photos to his site and keep uploading it again until he realizes that I’m not going down without a fight. Also the original review is in the photos I uploaded. Which was 3 weeks ago. If you pull up the most relevant a review from a month comes up. Many reviews have gone missing. And you can’t get rid of me. People need to know how AWFUL his service is I made my extensive review with photos and he took it down because he knows I’m right. So do better the photos down below are proof of his rationing and charging me extra for a regular amount of chicken and rudeness. And the photo telling the customer not to use their cell phone because it irritates him.
