I mean, its KFC. Either you like them or you don't. The food was fine. The portions of the sides has certainly shrunk since the last time I was there. The place was clean and the staff are very nice. The cashier even complimented my shirt. My only issue is when I got home I noticed they forgot the mashed potatoes and gravy. It happens. I'm more upset over the shrinking side dishes then them forgetting my mashed potatoes.

Ge really KFC's chicken sandwich is really good. Juicy and crispy. But yesterday's chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. Very disappointed. And the lady at the drive-thru was just going thru the motions ... no personality.

Found a hair in my quesadilla...not nice. I don't think human follicle is part of the quesadilla recipe. I ain't tryna eat dandruff on a Tuesday afternoon. They gave extra quesadilla to make up for it, very nice. I just wanna know why they got Bigfoot back there rubbing his armpit in my quesadilla. Anyways I ate both the quesadillas cuz you only live once.

Horrible Taco Bell! I was handed a disgusting Strawberry Fresco drink that was literally tap water and rotten strawberries that loosely floated around the cup. It was gross. It was a disgrace how they treated me as a customer. Very dissapointed! They had me pull around to wait for my food for almost a 1/2 hour! Finally I called and asked for a refund. The manager refused to give me a refund after talking to her for almost 20 minutes. She offered credit to her store but really??? Who would want to go back to a resteraunt that gave me brown rotten strawberries in tap water. I called corporate with no help from them either, instead they told me it would be the stores responsibility to issue any refund. I never got the food and they charged me anyway so I called my bank and did a charge back. This experience was awful. Most Taco Bells in my area are terrible with poor customer service and cold food that seems like it sits around for hours.

I’ve been to this location a number of times. Every time is nothing short of a horrible. You could go to a sit down restaurant and have a better chance getting your food quicker. Also, there’s a very high chance they will decide to change your order to easier items for them to make. Poor ownership, lazy management, and even lazier employees. One employee came out of the back of the restaurant taking out trash with his work clothes looking like they were on his 193rd shift without washing. Just not quite sure how the health department passes inspections for this location and how they let almost every issue you could have in a fast food restaurant, just slide on by.

No employees have any respect visited 3 times probably waited for food to come out for about 20 min each time. Not to mention they bring kids to work and sit them in front of a tablet with the sound all the way up

Terrible service. No one else in the place and it was over 5 minutes before someone took my order. Cashier was not friendly, was actually quite surly. Prices are off the rails. I will not return.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell there’s an issue. Today they tell me they’re not open till 12:30 yet. It says 10:30 on Google.
