The prices are higher than other Taco Bells, but the burritos were smaller. The food tastes like there is a fryer burning in their kitchen. I had to repeat my entire order again after they told me they were ready the first time. They gave me the wrong sauce, then took it back in the window. The service was neither friendly nor careful. It’s not conveniently located. I would strongly recommend you go somewhere else. I recently gave the Mentor Avenue store a deserving 5-star review so I’m not just negative.
If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Three times in a row I have asked for no sour cream on taco Supreme order and they have gotten it wrong even when I repeatedly asked for no sour cream. No straws for last order as well.

Originally on Thursday I had went and gotten 6 hard shell supremes 4 soft taco supremes and a nacho belgrande and all of my tacos had barely any ingredients in them to the point my hard shells all broke today on Sunday Brenda the manager gave me a call and gave me all the tacos that were messed up and then asked how they were and SHE gets a 5 star rating from me I loved her service and she was amazing and fixed my issue she even gave us our drinks so we weren’t thirsty from our meal

Went into this place as it is a Kentucky Fried Chicken. They only had legs and thighs no white meat available. So I ordered from the Taco Bell side. I ordered 3 chicken soft tacosThere was very little chicken almost no cheese and wilted lettuce. The tables were all dirty.
