Pulled up, a lady abruptly said we are only taking online, doordash orders with an attitude. Every single time I’ve come to this Wendy’s the experience has been bad. There is a huge lack of professionalism, food quality is also very poor. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

This has become one of the worst fast food joints in the whole area. With zero cars in the drive thru you can pull up and expect to sit there for 5-10 minutes before anyone on the speaker even says “it will be a minute” They also get the order wrong every time. As a past fast food worker I’m usually understanding but this has been going on for months. If you want fast food just go down the road to Burger King or Chick-fil-A otherwise you’re going to be waiting 20-40 min for a mid burger and old, dry fries.

October 8 2024 Crabby Patty meal deal. 4:20 PM. Ordered ahead, pick up drive-thru. Girl at window was awful, rude, smarty, should be fired and pay for my meal and then some. She chose to argue with me and close window in my face when I tried to correct situation and order. Missing items, 1 burger had ghost peppers so it was inedible. Between her eye rolling and closing window on me I would say DO NOT GO TO WENDY'S.
40 minutes waiting in the drive through is absurd. Worst Wendy’s in northeast Ohio.

I recently visited the Wendy's in Solon, and I have to say, Colion was absolutely amazing! From the moment I drove in, he greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was perfect. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It's not often you come across such excellent customer service. Keep up the great work, Colion!
