How is this place open? Between the horrible employees with the attitude of a wet rock and the food that looks like they were too lazy to cook so just pulled from the dumpster from the day before. Something needs to be done about this place.

They should be shut down by the health department. I highly recommend no one eating at this dump. Food was delivered cold, old, and hard. Eye lash was inside my daughter’s container. Unsanitary.

We went through the drive thru, when my wife tried to order the worker seemed to have no interest in helping her. She had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker then they were very short with her and when asked about the availability of a Halloween promotion she was asked “WHAT, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT “. The solon wendys. In side is short stafe theres only 2 cowrker to pick up up your order in side then We wait and wait until you're awake and wait him late graduate. Give it to you. Yes, it's slow place in revebut this Wendy is the perfect place on the other side next t CV s.

Very rude and gave us wrong food. The 2 breakfast sandwiches that we fidget looked like they fell on the ground and just thrown back together. Spent 15 dollars just to throw away the sandwiches. And the potatoes looked like they were from at least a week. May as well shut the place down. Terrible. Won't be back there again

Sorry to the lazy employees at this Wendy's tonight who turned all of the signs off before 10pm to make it look like they are closed but good ole Google says 1am so we pulled in anyway and they were pretty damn rude. We did get our food then 3 other cars pulled in behind us and I am sure that made their night. So if the management in this store gives a damn about numbers and wonders why noone comes in at night well that's why. They want to get paid to do nothing. SHOCKER. If you don't want to work stay home. I will not be shocked when this location closes.

We are done trying to get food from this Wendy's. Several times now they simply have the doors to the dining room locked and we're only had the drive thru open. Today was a worse experience. As you can see from the picture the posted sign listed that the dining room should have been open around 6pm tonight. As we have experienced in the past, the doors were locked. There was no sign indicating the dining room was closed. There were employees inside. As we were standing at the door trying to figure out what was going on, another customer pulled up from the drive thru and asked us if the dining room was open. We shared it was locked. They shared they were told in the drive thru that the drive thru was closed.
Apparently they weren't serving customers. We and others left unhappy and disappointed.
After similar experiences several times now, I've decided it's not worth ever trying to get food from the Solon Wendy's.
I recommend the one in Aurora instead. They had both the drive thru and dining room open and served my family with a smile.
