During COVID I felt bad for the staff that had to endure some tough customers. I overheard obnoxious customers in the drive -thru but was pleased that the manager at that time had to even put up a sign asking people to be patient since they were short staged....BUT now the tables have turned- and it is some of the employees that are inexcusably curt, smart-alecky and plain rude. What's up with that? I am always mindful of being pleasant to people working in service jobs,...

I went inside, washed my hands, went to the counter to order, but they don't have a menu to look at. Eventually when I called out to an employee, she told me to go to the screen and look up the menu....the screens were all smudged, I wanted to tell her. "I just washed my hands", lol, it's funny but true. I realized it wasn't worth the bother and went home to eat :) It was good.
