Stopped in randomly and everything was bright clean and inviting. Nice number of options including some gluten free that were actually tasty. The pecan bar and cupcake were fresh and delicious. My friend got the cheesecake brownie and I’m disappointed I didn’t get a bite it looked amazing. The ganache was delicious with just a hint of salt. Definitely worth a do-over.

They were okay. The cupcakes at any wholesale club would not be as dry and just as flavorful. I paid so much just to taste. The vibe that I received from the woman helping me wasn't that great either. They actually had a sign selling untrusted cupcakes, and they didn't look as appetizing as they could/should have. However, I would probably try them again as far as they cakes which were pleasing to the eye, so hopefully the tastebuds.

ive not gone to their other location but this one ive used twice and both times the employees there dont offer any greetings or thank yous. and both times i went in, they gave annoyed looks and acted like they didnt want to take my order. i did see one of the owners there on one of my visits and she gave off the impression of being a snob. i lived in CA and never ran into people this rude but ohio seems to just hoard them all. ive never been back and have since found a much better and nicer cake place.

We stopped in to treat ourselves after a long hospital visit. The associate working was extremely patient and kind as we figured out our walk-in order. Years ago we ordered cupcakes for our wedding, so it was lovely that the girl working was so genuine in congratulating us for our newborn. Cant wait to come back - thank you and Happy New Year!

And twice we have been spoken to rudely even for simple inquiries.First time we asked if they have dairy free frosting options to go with gluten free cakes. We wanted to place custom cake order for child who is allergic. The lady rudely said that their frosting contains fresh cream and hung up on us.Couple months later we went though their website to learn that they do indeed have vegan frosting options. Also online is orders could be placed up to 5 days in advance for pick up at store. Unfortunately we couldn’t place order for GF cupcakes with vegan frosting on the website, so I called the shop (6 days before Christmas Eve) for half dozen cupcakes. The same lady dismissively said that they can’t take orders anymore and again hung up on me.I called the Woodmere branch after and the people there were extremely nice and accommodating.Extremely rude and dismissive lady for a shop that requires good customer service. Not sure if she has some issues with people of color.
