I've tried most of the YTs in town and have never been disappointed - food, service and atmosphere were good. Yesterday we ordered some food to go from Solon and all that changed. It was around 6:30pm on a Friday but not really crowded. It took about 45 minutes and we got a Caesar salad, buffalo chicken sandwich, grilled chicken with rice and 3 chicken fingers. The buffalo sandwich was just drenched in thin sauce, piled with blue cheese and that was it - pretty blah. The side of spinach/onions was equally blah and a very tiny portion. The sad chicken fingers were likely Tyson - frozen, flat, over breaded and dry. Luckily they didn't ruin the grilled chicken or rice. Service was pretty poor and no one seemed to be minding the front counter, even though it wasn't very busy. I will avoid this YT since it's lost the welcoming atmosphere of the others. It's just like a Chili's or Applebee's so don't waste your time and money here.

We decided to go to yours truly to celebrate our Godmothers 87th birthday. We were put upstairs and basically forgotten about it took forever to get the food. Our water had no ice cubes left we asked for a refill on ice cubes so that we could drink our drinks. The server didn’t know the menu she the burger that is kinda advertised as s steak was a real steak so when one of the parties orders it rare and got s glob of raw ground beef they lost their appetite the not so fried were no so hot at all they were cold. There wasn’t ketchup on the table so I had to go to other tables to grab a few bottles. The server didn’t bring the check up to us we actually all came down the stairs and we had to ask for the check. Not a fan at all

Our first experience here and we will not be back! We didn't mind the wait for our table because we got there at lunchtime so it was pretty busy. Once we sat we saw our server once. And then had to ask for her after about a half hour later to order our food. She was the bartender as well, and seemed overwhelmed. We asked for a shareable item to come out first, our meals were brought out and we had to ask about our appetizer. The fries were room temperature, the cole slaw wasn't good, the burger was the only okay thing. There was also a gentleman with a very long beard, not covered, over the food area and helping serve, which seemed very unsanitary and not food safe.
Again, we will not be back, and will not even try another location based on this experience.

We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager
. We will so be back!!!

I ordered cod filet. It said it came on a bed of spinach and onions. I asked for none of either. Was told by our server that it came with it. The cod was laying on top of it! Why couldn't I get it without it??
Our experience started on an awkward note when our waiter made an odd comment about how much food I was ordering for me and my girlfriend- specifically, two entrées and an appetizer. The service was also a bit slow, and the combination of these factors dampened an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Absolutely the best place to get breakfast! Something for everyone… the Notso omelette is my hands down favorite… the staff is always accommodating… this location has plenty of space.

I had their french toast and it was just fine, nothing special about it. They did have good bacon. Otherwise, I love their sweet potato fries but that's all I've tried. Would come back to try a burger, maybe. Nothing exactly sets it apart.
