Honestly if I could I would be giving this place 0 stars. Nick's used to be a good pizza place in Somerset Ohio but now it's went way downhill. I think the teenagers that work there run more than the owners and the food is never right anymore after having to wait 2 hours or better just to get your food then you have to wait another hour or so to get the rest of your order and still don't get it then get told that you could go to the store and buy your stuff...well yes I could but then what's the point in ordering takeout. So disappointing... Nick's pizza do better.

Every time I have ordered food they mess up everything the food has went downhill over the past few years and the employees must be on something because they cant even take a last name properly, and delivery has taken over an hour every time. Would NOT recommend.

They have some really good food. My favorite is the lasagna. The delivery drivers are usually on time and helpful. I have no complaints.
Was very disappointed. Not in the pizza but in the girls working. There had to be 6 of them and 5 of 6 played with there hair and then went to fixing pizza orders and other food.I watched them fix my pizza after fixing their hair into ball hats and didn't even wash there hand. These girls need to be educated on proper food handling. If I was from the Health Board doing a inspection I would of shut them down right away.Probably will not order from them again. Have been in the Somerset area for a long time and always ordered from Nick's.

I've been ordering from Nick's well over ten years now. Sad to say they have really gone downhill lately. You're lucky if they even answer their phone. The food is a hit or miss when it comes to quality. I understand they are probably short staffed because they can't hire reliable workers. Answering the phone, is the easiest way to make your customers happy.

Nicks normally has a decent pie and isn’t bad for the price. Although occasionally the crust is under done for my liking. Just ordered a thin crust with hopes it’d be crispy and I got a floppy, soggy pie that I ended up not finishing. Hopefully they can improve this going forward as they usually aren’t bad and I don’t like wasting food. :(
