Saturday 9-20-2025 we decided to try some where different for dinner. That means we went east of Columbus to Somerset, Ohio to a wonderful restaurant called Strong and Co.
First visit there of what I know will be many more. For us far east Columbus suburban people the drive was no longer than going across busy Columbus. We also were able to view much great looking countryside in the early phase of Fall changes.
But for the important part. WOW! Best restaurant meal we’ve had in a long time. First back to how it started. A call to confirm they were open. The receptionist suggested giving a name for the wait list. Glad we did that as we showed up and were immediately seated.
Took a bit to ponder the menu as it is nicely diverse offering items you don’t see in the city. The tuna appetizer was spot on with looks sauce and presentation. Plus taste. That’s an order again item.
Crab balls…most restaurants present ones that are crab by name alone. Having lived by the bay in Annapolis we found today’s order just right in amount of crab little filler well done and crumble apart. Good sauce.
Today’s special was pasta and a supper well done fall apart roast that was heaven! Water, ice tea and a great mixed drink accompanied dinner which was topped off with devils food cake!
WOW or WOOOO is the way to describe it all. Kamryn was our delightful server and we thank her for great service.

15 out of 10 recommend this awesome place! The food was absolutely delicious, we ordered spinach artichoke dip for an app and I couldn't stop eating it, it hit the spot! I ordered your basic fried fish with a side of fried brussel sprouts and mac and cheese for dinner and it was just delicious nothing basic about it, so so yummy! My date ordered the Dragon Style Ahi Tuna and I had a bite and it did not disappoint! It was executed very well! We were both clean platters! The drinks were very tasty and fun. I had the BlackBerry Bourbon Smash and it was so refreshing and tasty! My dates house marg was delicious and refreshing also! Our server Maraela was fantastic, she was upbeat, super nice, energetic, joked with me when I joked with her and was overall an awesome part of the great experience we had here. Y'all are doing a great job, keep it up! We will be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything I've tried on the menu is delicious. Great beer selection. Full bar with several locally produced options. It is a little more expensive than eating at Roosters or somewhere, but it is well worth the extra expenense. Casual environment.

We are very upset with the change to the dessert menu. We always got the lemoncello, which was amazing!! The new dessert menu falls flat. The cheesecake was not good. It was overcooked and the store bought crust was meh. Taco Tuesday is good when it isn't the birria that has been on repeat for way too long. Service is by far the best. Kamryn is amazing, as are all the regular Tuesday staff.

The food is fantastic, rustic atmosphere with old brick wall behind the bar. They have beer and margarita flights. Many to choose from. They source from local businesses. Overall great place.

Everyone here was nice and the food was just amazing. I seriously believe I had the best burger of my life here. Our server was fantastic and quick! We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be going back.
