Workers try and do their best, but without the help from the higher ups this place is failing. Poor equipment, ice machine has been broken for months, lights have been flickering for over a decade. This location needs shown some love. I love my small town, and I’m not trying to be rude, I’d just love to see the owners make some well needed repairs.

Not sure why but at this subway they tend to put under normal serving sizes of items on your sub. It only seems to happen at this location. Other than that the food is fine and the place is always clean and staff are always nice.

Place is terrible overall. Prices are ridiculous, a 12" sub should not cost $16 no matter what is put on it. Almost $30 for 2 12" subs and just one was made a meal. That's why we will just always go to the new Lexington subway from now on, their prices are always better by

This Subway has chosen not to honor the coupons that Subway themselves produces for their locations. They say its due to rising food cost. If you've already raised your pricing to accommodate those rising food cost then you shouldn't the effected by a coupon. The owner obviously feels he needs to screw over his customers by deciding that the coupons are a papin for him to deal with and would rather lose customers then accept the provided coupons that are meant to bring in more business. We will be utilizing the other Subways around us from now on.

Somerset Subway very poor customer service and condescending attitudes. Our order was paid online but they couldn't see it and said basically we lost our money. The gay working there was very rude.

So the new girl shouldn't be left alone. I told her 4 times I want the sub they way it comes and still had to ealk her through yhe process including showing her which cheesewas which, where to find jalapeños and to toast it dispite it literally says toasted is the way it comes. Ok it may be your first day I'll shake it off and carry one. Nope dine in and fine the trainers young daughter hanging out for the day watching rapunzel on her tablet volume 70. Nothing about this visit was professional or accessible for running a business. We wont be back.

Staff is always friendly, though they're understaffed so it is pretty slow. I'll typically wait around 10 minutes if it's during lunchtime. But the food comes out well!

Jeffrey was the worst worker I've ever had to deal with. He didn't give me the sub I asked for and when I pointed it out, he laughed and continued to make the sub. Then he charged me for 37 cookies and I didn't even order them. I still paid because I didn't want to make a scene.
