Staff members need more training on customer service and their duties in general. 9/21 at 2:30pm the girl running the counter/ drive thru was extremely unprofessional. First off we waited 20 minutes to get our order in the drive thru, she hands us our order and shuts the window before we could say anything else. There was no sauce in the bag so we went back in and asked her for hot and mild. She comes back 10 minutes later with one of each sauce. We said we needed more than that because we just got $20 worth of food & workers are supposed to ask at the window if you want sauce. She said “I don’t want to.” We asked for more sauce again and she catches a serious attitude and shrugs before finally giving us a few more sauce packets. Not to mention we waited that 20 minutes for our food and the fries were cold and soggy.

Went through the drive thru for lunch today and was informed that they were out of beef and out of potatoes. How do you not have beef at Taco Bell?! The wait was pretty lengthy and the worker I encountered was not very friendly.

This is always my last choice for a Taco Bell. It's usually very slow and the service is hit or miss. They don't always have items to make things on their menu. Their deep fryer is also down a lot

OK, to start. This Taco Bell is out of something substantial every time I visit. I have finally gotten so fed up with their service and lack of their own menu items that I am writing a review. I stopped today in the drive-through and asked for a craving box, which came with the nacho fries. The individual stated that she could fulfill the order just without the nacho fries because they are currently out of stock. I responded asking if they could supplement with a Doritos Locos taco, which she responded with no we cannot. I then asked , what can you supplement for instead of the nacho fries? She then told me there was nothing that they would supplement for the item that came with the meal I ordered. I said so I will be charged full price for the menu item and not receive the full order , and you will not supplement anything for that missing item which I am paying for? She responded. I’m sorry there is nothing I can do. What kind of idiocy is that? I pay for a meal and an item is not able to be given within that menu item but yet we are going to charge you for it even though you won’t get it and we refuse to make it right and place an item in its place. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to with a disturbing business ethic.

I was working down in this area and I stopped at this Taco Bell three times and every time the staff was friendly they did not skimp on the chicken in my quesadilla and I left feeling like I got what I paid for it took me back to 2015

This place usually has really good food but are usually low staffed so sometimes I get food that doesn't taste right, or I'm in line for 20 minutes. Overall this taco bell is very good.
Parking: It's shared with the gas station but usually isn't full.
Kid-friendliness: This place is made for families so it is very kid friendly.
Can’t even make hard tacos correctly, over-priced and didn’t even get what I paid for. Rude customer service,don’t waste your money
