Stopped here on our way home from shopping, it wasn’t busy at all, so I don’t understand why our roast beef was cold, hard, and old on all 3 sandwiches. Barely any meat on the bun at all either. They were out of mozzarella sticks too and did not issue a refund for them either. They even messed up our drinks and were not very friendly and acted impatient when we told them the drinks were wrong. I’m going to stop going to ALL Arby’s locations altogether.

This Arbys will get your order wrong about 1/3 times. I live nearby, every time I try again they mess up after 1-3 orders. Either wrong order, forgetting things or they make it wrong like wrong buns/packaging and or wrong weights.

Avoid this place, keep driving. Corporate has cheapened up the food. The ice tea is chemical mix. Totally undrinkable. The brisket BBQ sauce is more cheap chemical mix. High fructose corn syrup is NOT BBQ sauce. I submitted my concerns to the same canned response Arby's gives to review comments No reply, no nothing. Corporate greed is killing Arby's.

Better drive thru staff this time around. Food was hot and delicious, I didn't have to repeat or explain myself and didn't feel rushed.

I will NEVER, and I do mean NEVER eat at this Arby's again. I literally got food poisoning here while traveling and had to go to the nearest emergency room. I saved this in my maps on purpose to remind myself never to eat at this location or any Arby's, for that matter again. Unfortunately, getting sick messed up how I feel about Arby's.

Meh. We ordered to value meals. The French fry boxes were half full and cold. Both sandwiches were a little cold too, but warm enough to not complain. I personally would not come back to this one.
Stopped by to use the restricted before ordering. By the state of it...I wasn't sure about getting food there. I doubt the mirror had been cleaned in years, much less the rest. The staff seemed nice, but we worried about the hygiene.

We stopped at this convenient location after going to an estate sale that ran over and we needed food! We did drive through and the person working the window was pleasant and helpful. The food was good but the jamocha shake hit the hunger growls in a positive way. Thank you Arby's!

First customer of the day you'd think we would have hot fries...we'll you'd be mistaken. Cold fries, and I even over heard the second customer of the day ask if his sandwich was from yesterday bc the buns were hard as heck.

Had to pull over to wait on food being made. Waited 5-10 minutes. Fries were old and cold. Why when waiting on food to be prepared could you not get fresh fries?! Sadly disappointed
