Stopped by to use the restricted before ordering. By the state of it...I wasn't sure about getting food there. I doubt the mirror had been cleaned in years, much less the rest. The staff seemed nice, but we worried about the hygiene.

We stopped at this convenient location after going to an estate sale that ran over and we needed food! We did drive through and the person working the window was pleasant and helpful. The food was good but the jamocha shake hit the hunger growls in a positive way. Thank you Arby's!

First customer of the day you'd think we would have hot fries...we'll you'd be mistaken. Cold fries, and I even over heard the second customer of the day ask if his sandwich was from yesterday bc the buns were hard as heck.

Had to pull over to wait on food being made. Waited 5-10 minutes. Fries were old and cold. Why when waiting on food to be prepared could you not get fresh fries?! Sadly disappointed

Was passing through and just wanted a quick bite to eat ordered two gyros and a fry. They pulled m Mia to help her drive-through time which I’m cool with then I noticed that four cars were served their food after me when I circled back around to figure out what was going on. It was clear that my order had been forgotten about the girl checking me out kept apologizing, but I sat there for 15-20 minutes
Just a recommendation if I wouldn’t have been pulled to help their times I Doubt I would’ve been forgotten about. I got a refund and went somewhere else

So, placed a Doordash delivery for chicken tenders, jalapeño bites, fish and cheese sandwich, Mac n cheese bites and 2 mint chocolate shakes. Mario, the wonderful dasher had to call to let us know, the store did not have fish and didn't have mint for the shakes.The main purpose of our order was the mint shakes and I was interested in trying the fish.So, we select a Jamocha shake and a chocolate Shake dissapointedly, to replace the mint. And a Ruben to replace the fish sandwich.I've had the Ruben before and enjoy it. What I received was barely edible. In so many ways I don't have room to write it all.For those interested in trying the Mac n cheese balls don't bother unless you are the person who enjoys eating the burnt crumb topping on homemade Mac n cheese. There's no cheese flavor and the inside looks like a hushpuppy with a few elbow macaroni thrown in.The chocolate shake was completely separated on arrival, likely due to the store hurrying, since our Dasher had been there 5+ minutes at least trying to get us food they had in stock.The other food while cold was edible.Very disappointed to pay $30, not including Doordash fee's for a very disappointing meal.
