Carry-out waiter was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in to order pies and was told by her that they were all frozen. The manager overheard and told me there were plenty of thawed pies. While ringing me up she rudely waited for a tip and stood there while the manager boxed up and brought me my order.

I moved here 2 years ago and frequented this bob evans every weekend for the first year. The quality of the food started to go down, undercooked hash browns with scorched oil, eggs very undercooked, etc., but not consistently until probably last year. We don't eat at this location anymore because my son started to work here and after a few months quit when one of the managers called him a slur on the clock. I wish he would have gone to HR but he didn't know that was an option until he had already left. This location has 3 managers, 2 are pretty great but one is a hateful discriminatory immature person who hires teenagers and treats them poorly which I am assuming explains the drop in food quality. There's a bob evans 15 minutes in either direction, don't stop at this one. Its serving staff is amazing but the quality of the food they are bringing and the chance of getting the one of the 3 managers that is intentionally rude, small and hateful is not worth it.

Guy with dark hair, glasses and tattoos that works in the back cooking the food lit up a cigarette and started smoking it right next to my 1 year old son as we were walking inside. Trashy people working here and my chicken was raw inside. Not happy and never coming back to this location.
My wife scrambled eggs with cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted. And no flavor my mail, don't you think? I was good about it was a banana bread. I would never go back to this restaurant . Spent too much money. We're very small portions of food
