Recently purchased 3 loaves of pumpkin bread and after cutting into one found it was doughy in the center. Called spoke to Tony who was very nice and apologetic. Told me to come in and would refund my money. When I went in and asked for him another staff came out, said she was the manager, Tony was outside. She had an attitude from the start. Thankfully I had my receipt because she only wanted to refund me for one. I left very upset that I was treated so badly. Will not go back!

Do not know how to prepare a online order, quality check before giving to customer is not a thing at this location. Beware. Food is served slovenly stacked on top of itself and a genuine mess in the container. Almost 40 dollar order and they messed every single thing up.

Our sunshine, server Sydney, was transferred here, and at least 5 of us have followed her. A little bit of a drive but we are always seated immediately. Naturally everything on the menu, and the coffee is just as good here, it's the PEOPLE that make all the difference! The manager (Tony) and other servers (especially Kenzie) are all pleasant and professional.

The poor little waitress said it was her second day and it was her task to continually come. Tell me that they didn’t have something or it was not served in the fashion that was shown on the menu. I was trying to pay my bill and leave, but the girl was busy on the phone taking an order while the manager stood there with the stupidest look on his face doing absolutely nothing. What food I did get was absolute poor quality. There was literally two other people eating there and I have no doubt why there isn’t any other customers. It’s a sad state of affairs, Bob.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Bob Evans. Not only did our waitress neglect our group, couldn't get a cup of coffee, or hot water for a tea. When the coffee did come, it was cold, then had to stand up to get our own silverware, also had to wait on creamer, when I say wait, it was another 10min. Shocked that the Manager did not step in to assist.

Our waiter forgot our banana bread while giving a couple that came in after us their bread right after ordering and a few minutes later gave them a second order. When I asked for our bread, I was told I'd have to wait until they sliced more.
