This restaurant is pathetic & deplorable. They have been declining is service over the last 2 years. Tonight was the tipping point for me. I stopped in to get a cup of coffee as I normally do on my way to work. I moved 2 spaces in 15 mins in the drive thru & ended up leaving without my order because of how pathetically slow they are. I'm done & will NOT be going back. Service is not something this restaurant knows anymore. It just keeps getting worse & worse.

I did try to go inside & it was just as bad in there, no service. Just people standing around. Pathetic!!!!!

We had great food, great service, and we're treated very well, I belive the employees need a raise especially jack, he was very kind and took very great care of us i belive jack is the best employee and deserves so much more, praise jack!!!!

My husband, son and I just stopped in there after my son’s appointment at children’s hospital. We ordered quite a bit of food because we have been up since early morning to get our son to his appointments and didn’t stop to eat or anything. We got our food and decided we also wanted 2 other items. We ate our food as we waited on our two other items. We finished eating and still hadn’t gotten our other items yet so my husband walked out while I waited and talked with our son. About 15 minutes go by and I look up and notice no one working on orders so we walk to the counter and this is where things get soooo much better. The lady with the braids and gray shirt (I didn’t catch her name) asked if I was waiting on something as someone else had called in and was sitting curbside waiting on something. I told her what we were waiting on and she explained what had happened and apologized. She got me my items and added a small fry. I just want her to know that I thank her for her professionalism and friendly demeanor and she is the reason I wanted to write a good review for this McDonald’s!

I went to this McDonald's last week, and waited for 45 minutes to get my food. It was an online order, and they did not tell me that they closed their curbside. Jumping ahead to this week, I went through on Saturday night same scenario except I went through the drive-thru this time thinking oh this will be quicker. WRONG!
It took 30 minutes of sitting stopped in the drive-thru before my order was taken, then an additional 15 minutes to get my food.
I really think these employees are so slow that they would be late for their own funeral.

Actual rate: -3 stars... Terrible service.

This is the good mcdonalds. The staff here go the extra mile and on the occasion where there is an error they always quickly make it right. Best prices for breakfast on the way to work and consistent order quality even when they have new people. I have seen and heard customers here treat these employees terribly, and I do mean absolutely awfully and I have seen them always handle it well. I was glad to see a manager step in and handle a customer who was ready to start a fight over what she said was a sandwich with the wrong topping but I suspect was actually some deep serious unresolved mental health issues, because they did not allow their staff to be abused because of a two dollar burger. 10/10 staff

Took more than 15 minutes in the drive through. Wasn't happy about the wait but when I got to the window and the girl just handed me my food without saying anything and closed the window...that was rude. Customer service is not for you girl. The past 2-3 times I've been to this location...the wait and service was terrible

One of two bathroom stalls out of order. Beverage machine was out of rootbeer and we were told the store was completely out. Wait for food seemed longer than typical. Not impressed.

When you are door dashing and try to get the order it takes so long for to get any help.they don't even acknowledge that are in the front waiting for the order

Check your quarter pounders. Had to send two doubles quarter pounders back for burger not cooked. Both were raw in the middle. I can eat a steak with a little pink on the inside, but not raw hamburger. Had to wait 20 mins for two meals that were raw. Will not return to this McDonald's, ever.
