I visit this location at least once a week, and they’re friendly and the food is always good! They may be short handed, so it may take slightly longer than expected but stay calm people! You’ll get your tacos when you get them! Love going here.

I ordered the $7 meal deal , the chips tasted like they were poisoned , my drink tasted like it had perfume in it and the burrito had an awful taste 😞 .. I don’t normally complain .. I tried to call and it won’t even go though so they don’t accepts calls . If I didn’t live aways away I would take my order back . Super disappointed and scared bc of how bad my food tasted .

With only two cars ahead of me, I've never waited 25 minutes in a drive through, employee at the window was very apologetic about the Wait, Offered no compensation for the 25-minute wait .
Supposed to be under new management. Still terrible. waited in line for 30 min after ordering.

I went through the drive thru at 4:30pm. Today is Friday, and there was no one in line, that should have been my first sign to go somewhere else. They recently have claimed to be under new management though so I figured I'd give them another try. I purchased a crunchwrap supreme for $5.99. The whole thing was as slim as a quesadilla, which is so bad it's almost impressive. You have to try, REALLY hard, to screw your customers over that bad. I would post the pictures but apparently they don't allow you to do that here, which I've also never seen before. Strange seeing as it may actually hold them accountable for adding a pinch of meat, lettuce and tomato's. The majority of the size was the tortilla itself. One star for the food, for being practically nothing. One star for the service, because this is just sad and clearly shrinkflation. One star for atmosphere because I can only imagine the vibes in a place that treats their customers like this.

I came through drive with a mobile order on 10/19 around 8:30 pm. While there was a few minute wait to order/give name of mobile order when I finally got up to the window I could tell the staff that were working were stressed out and overwhelmed trying to make sure everything was done, they were out of the drink I ordered (2 of) and they were very willing to give me other drinks and offered to give me the freeze version of the drinks I ordered. Extremely nice and professional the entire time despite being clearly stressed and overwhelmed and an overall great experience for my first time going there.

I have gave so many chances, dining room twice I demanded money back after waiting 30m for a take out order...tonight...3 bean burritos...HOW HARD is it for 3 BEAN burritos..forgot 1..so 2...we have to do better, training, caring...maybe remind people they don't deserve 20$ an hour....example
