I work at the elementary school right next to the Wendy’s. Every single time I go there for lunch or just a quick drop by, they always get my order correct, they are always so sweet and so kind, and they are always very quick. Literally the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a biggie bag got someone else's sandwich...was not close to what was ordered and what was on the tag on the sandwich...but when your in a semi you can't just turn around..fries rubbery...nuggets we cool not warm...best part of the meal was the frosty and the Dr pepper

A delivery driver accidentally left out a large part of my order, but the staff immediately offered me a free replacement of all the missing items - even though it wasn't their mistake. The staff was very friendly and kind, not to mention the food is delicious. Definitely one of the best Wendy's I've been to!

This Wendy’s was poorly operated. They didn’t have straws or napkins,but the most concerning part is when a female employee leaves the bathroom without washing her hands. It was over a 20 minute wait. Corporate needs to come in to retrain the employees. They had an average amount of workers and this is unacceptable.

Never had an issue with the South Bloomfield location. Friendly staff, good food that is always correct and they are efficient. I highly recommend this location!
Why would I eat here after seeing someone make a sandwich after touching their hair. Everyone needs trained on how to wear gloves and when to change them.

Literally had just stopped grabbing food on the way home knowing it's kinda close to closing time the 2 lady's I spoke with were very kind and the food was fresh even came back to the window a 2nd time to remind us that they was waiting on fresh fries . Will come back coming through !! Very pleased
