Shuts their milkshakes machines down at 11:00 pm. which is weird because they're on an interstate. I'm sure they're not supposed to shut them down that early, but because they're always in a rush to get out, they do. late night shift very rude and disrespectful!!!
I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to to post this

We had the best experience. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell the manager leads her crew by example!! Well done!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was close to closing time, but they were definitely still open, and I was trying to pick up an order that I needed to deliver. I sat in the drive thru for 11 minutes while they ignored me. I saw a manager come out of the building, and then go back inside. They finally turned off the lights, still not acknowledging that I was there, but I heard one of the employees say something about there being an order, and then walk away swearing. Clearly, they messed up, but just didn't want to acknowledge it. The manager and several employees saw me at various times while they were STILL OPEN, and said nothing. This place is a joke.

The bathrooms are usually really dirty but that’s not what my review is about. Anytime I order more than 2 meals with my order they can never get it right. If I spend $70 I expect to get the food I order. Once in a while I get it but every time doesn’t make sense.

Came in today. Order was wrong. Was supposed to get 3 medium fry’s and they gave us 3 smalls. I went in. They were super NICE! (Not the chick at the window) but the manager (I’m assuming) and the lady at the register inside was phenomenal! So very nice! They even gave us free Frostys! That’s customer service!!

I work at the elementary school right next to the Wendy’s. Every single time I go there for lunch or just a quick drop by, they always get my order correct, they are always so sweet and so kind, and they are always very quick. Literally the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a biggie bag got someone else's sandwich...was not close to what was ordered and what was on the tag on the sandwich...but when your in a semi you can't just turn around..fries rubbery...nuggets we cool not warm...best part of the meal was the frosty and the Dr pepper

A delivery driver accidentally left out a large part of my order, but the staff immediately offered me a free replacement of all the missing items - even though it wasn't their mistake. The staff was very friendly and kind, not to mention the food is delicious. Definitely one of the best Wendy's I've been to!
