This was the worst meal i have ever got at a McDonald's well I payed for my meal I ordered a plan cheeseburger and a order of Medina fries my meal came to nine dollars and 18 cents I gave the kid who looked like he was 10 years old he said he didn't have any change in let it go when I went to get my order she said I did not have a order i showed her my receipt when my meal came out it was cold my fries and my cheeseburger was cold as they could be they were not busy at all will not be back to this McDonald's between service and my meal it was a disaster thank you Virginia harcourt

McDonalds has made major changes. This Unit had self serve ordering stations but a person took our order which was preferred as our grandson(6) wanted a non pickle/condiment cheeseburger. Our in house lunch for three was served in a bag. I had to ask where to find napkins, evidently they were to the left of the front entry door? They give you the beverage now instead of serving yourself? I was able to get a refill when I asked. It does not feel the same as it's small dining area and fewer seats, and less wall decor, and no soda experience, and no condiment/napkins station give it a Sterile feel. It's not a happy place? They must be moving toward a different customer demographic? Food was fine. Hospitality was good during the limited interaction we had with two different employees when placing our order and questions were asked. Not going back unless grandchild asks me to take them there again...and that isn't likely to happen?

Been going to this McDonald's for awhile get unsweetened tea .its to the point its water with tea color you can't taste any tea.the last straw went got unsweetened tea it taste d like it has bacon grease in it.by pass this one

I went there this afternoon around 3:15 on 10/14/25. I observed every single table being filthy with people’s trash & ketchup & greasy mess. I had to clean off a table as best as I could in order to sit & eat there. My fries were cold, but my Big Mac was good. After an elderly couple of women came in & tried to order 2 chocolate sundaes. They asked the girl that was supposed to be taking orders if she would clean off a table for them. She came out with a rag swiped across the table, & went back behind the line to the grill area to continue her conversation with her coworkers about her plans with her boyfriend loud enough to be heard out in the dining room while I watched several people stand there for a few minutes & leave after not being acknowledged to be waited on. During which time, a young man came out to empty trash with his pants hanging down so you could see his underwear & butt hanging out. After he took trash out, he proceeded to clean the trash off the tables, & then went to get a broom & dust pan to sweep the floors not even caring that his butt was showing to everyone as his underwear & pants were riding down to the floor. Definitely not a good first impression nor anything you really want your kids to see while trying to enjoy a meal out. I work in food service myself & this definitely would not be acceptable at my place nor many other restaurants. Upon leaving, there was another lady with tattoos on her right arm smoking by the kitchen door coming outside with 2 bins of garbage which is a health code violation as well. Obviously, management at this location needs to be fired & replaced as training & teaching & giving kudos for good work ethics is not enforced here as things would be much better for both customers & workers.
