Went thru drive-through today. Ordered two Venti iced lavender oatmilk Matcha lattes. The drink did not look like it had any lavender foam. I told the drive-through attendant it didn’t look right. She said trust me the foam is in there. Well if I can’t see it then it’s not Starbucks quality. The staff needs to take pride in the drinks they make and represent Starbucks quality. I am going to another location. Last time at the South Lebanon location. New renovation but same bad service and quality. The drink looks horrible

Apparently it's closed. Not sure if it's permanent or not. If you care about your customers you could take the time to edit your business info to reflect what's going on.

Myself, friend’s daughter and friend went to Starbucks within target on 11/14/24 around 4:50pm and the girl working behind the counter was very rude. With a line of customers, she didn’t say a word and continued messing around with things in the store and not helping customers. When someone asked about red cup day, she was very rude in telling them she didn’t have anymore. When my friend’s daughter requested sweet cream foam on her coffee, which I was standing 3-4ft away from her and heard her request it, but when she picked up her drink at the counter it did not have sweet cream foam. When asked about the sweet cream foam that was missing, the girl rudely responded “well I didn’t hear her ask for that. You’ll have to pay extra for that”. And was just overall very disrespectful and unkind. I ended up leaving with my friend’s daughter and friend and didn’t even end up getting a drink for myself or my friend because of how disrespectful and inconsiderate the girl was. Please learn to be kind and do better. I understand working alone can be stressful, but communication and kindness goes a long way compared to what I encountered this afternoon. If you don’t like working in customer service, then don’t and find a different job better suited for you and your personality.

Dietary restrictions: they will try to make there drinks with out the items that you can not have and if they can not do that they will give you other options that is close to the item that you wanted, they are also willing to make a drink with another item that you can have and will not make a deal about it,

Parking: plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: they have kids options of what they want there

Wheelchair accessibility: very open space, it will be easy for someone in a wheelchair to be able to see everything and order easy with out having a problem, everything is visble the items and everything also, also the counters is good because they are lower so everyone can reach there item

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years. It’s convenient to me because i live very close to it. It’s let me down sooo many times. The coffee is so inconsistent here. I’ve been saying for so long i’m going to quit going to this starbucks because they’re always letting me down. The baristas there also have bad attitudes. I get it, i used to work at starbucks, and i’ve worked in the service industry for 10+ years. Come on though… people are paying $7+ for coffee. This was my “Venti” latte today. The last straw. smh.

The girls working were very slow and 2 other customers walked away. I tried to give them a few chances due to being busy but I tried 4 different times to order. They were unresponsive and not interested in serving the customers. I went to the Starbucks store across the parking lot and the customer service and diligence of the staff was refreshing.
