This place has gone down hill so fast. Every week there is a new temporary manager and they are chasing all of the great people away. I miss the short manager with the nose ring. The new female managers there are awful. Messed up my drink and will not even remake it. They want to argue with you. It’s so disgusting. No use calling corporate because the area manager is fake and lies through his teeth. I overhead their conversation on the patio and they were talking unprofessionally. Me and my daughter turns around and left

I've been coming here for over 10yrs. Not sure why this Renovation made this location so slow. Today I orded my drinks at 9.31am it's 10.03am and I'm still waiting on my order.

Who designed this interior layout? Starbucks was my go to. With this new layout the very small tables offer space for your drink or laptop not both. I guess I have to choose. Any sense of privacy or personal space for working has been removed. What a shame. I would suggest to Starbucks that they stop and rethink this before preceding with additional locations. I give this new layout a thumbs down. I will be finding a new quick stop work space.

Failed face-lift. This was our regular Starbucks until the changes in the layout. We now look elsewhere including to competitors. Like many other locations with face-lift, they now have minimal seating and the site is uninviting. Starbucks senior management is really messing up. With so many locations changing it makes me wonder how many customers are going elsewhere.

This starbucks is 2 minutes from my house so naturally i’m here often, the staff here are extraordinary. David is always so fun and kind and we always have a good banter going on! The staff always compliments me, or my name. There is no better way to start your day than coffee and positive affirmations!!! I’ll never stop coming to this location!!!

Today I purchased a frappe and this worker in specific her name is Annie omg she was so nice and kind she put effort on what she's doing I wish there was more people like her.
Got down the road took a bite out of my sandwich and it was cold, 4.95 and couldn't eat it.

I went to this location for the first time after the remodel. It was hideous! This location has always been great but now I probably won't be back. I ordered my coffee through the app, when I got to the store the billboard said my order (along with about 6 other people's names) was ready, yet no coffee to be found. The employees were walking around like they had no idea what they were doing. It was mass confusion. They were pouring out made drinks into the sink and then rinsing the cup out to make another drink (if I had allergies I would be very concerned). I waited an additional 10 minutes for my coffee and it was never made. I finally had to leave and I had to get a refund which took another 5 minutes because it seemed like none of the workers even knew how to do that. Terrible experience.
