Store was completely dead nobody was in it and yet still took them over 30 minutes to make us our food. We ordered two sandwiches and some fries guy at the register was really rude and very passive aggressive. We go up there to check on our food and we find out that they gave it out to the wrong person. and it seems to be that we’re not the only Once his order they have gotten wrong

I recently visited the Arby’s in South Point and ordered two French Dip Sandwiches, a menu item I’ve been enjoying for years. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing.
It had been a few months since my last visit, and the change in quality was immediately noticeable. The bread used for the sandwiches was so dry that it was nearly inedible. In addition, the sandwich itself has noticeably shrunk—almost half the size it used to be—while the price has increased.
Longtime customers expect consistency, especially with a classic item like the French Dip. The combination of reduced portion size, higher cost, and significantly lower quality is unacceptable. Regrettably, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning.

They do a great job anytime we go in. The chicken is dropped fresh as you order it, and it is well worth the 5-7 minute wait once you get it. They never dilly dally. They make sure you get everything you ask for, made how you asked for it. Could eat there every day and sometimes do.

I’m really disappointed in Arby’s. We like eating there so I downloaded the app. I saw a sale that said buy one get one free. So we head down to so point and was told you have to do it online. So I sat down at a booth and started the order only to find it’s not buy one get one free. It’s buy one get a different one free. That is misleading

Not very good, ordered a beef n cheddar and they pretty much put no meat on it. Ordered two cups of cheese and once again there was no cheese, barely enough to use for a sandwich.
