I have never been inside , but the drive-through is usually always busy. I drove through this past Tuesday after the championship game of the NCAA tournament to get the dunkin basket of chicken strips had to wait after pay approximately 4 minutes for strips to cook they said. Got my order drove home opened bag and basket and the breading on my strips was soggy. Put them in air fryer to crisp up and then ate them with gravy provided, no dipping sauce was in order.

I personally didn't like what I had, but the service was great. It stays empty most of the time, so never really crowded. If you like KFC it's a good one to go to, and directly off of the main road.

French fries were good as always but the mac and cheese was old and the chicken tenders lord help them they were literally rubber I could bend them completely in half without the chicken coming apart and whatever breading they used was terrible it soaked up the oil so much I squeezed oil out of the breading which was also super thin and had no flavor.

Apparently this location lets the customer give you a name for a takeout order, except they keep the bags of takeout food name side out. Therefore anyone can walk in & look for a name, give it to the person at the counter & take the food. They will then tell you just to call corporate & will refuse to remake your food.
