It's amazing how terrible fast food restaurants operate these days. I came thru the drive thru today (11Jan 2026 @12:15) and ordered food. Of course once I get home and get a chance to look at my food, it's wrong. It's correct on the receipt but wrong in the bag. I'm not spending another cent here again. I have stopped eating at so many restaurants because of this same issue. I'll eat at home, I have no problem with it. Everyone that can should do the same. Quit giving these garbage restaurants our money

I have to give atleast one star unfortunately but... sometimes there is good people working, and the food is at that time good. but that doesn't excuse that most of the time that the food is garbage and inedible at this location, half of the time the food is burnt the biscuits 90% of the time WILL be burnt. I do not recommend this location whatsoever if you have to go to restraunt row pick another restraunt nearby, if you want KFC I recommend huntington or barboursville location for true quality food as quality is what this place lacks, even for cheap prices.

Go thru the drive thru to order pot pies for the family to be told there was a limit of 2. Very disappointed. There was nothing indicating this anywhere at the location. Then they slammed the window shut while I was getting my payment ready saying sorry but it's cold. They didn't need to slam the window. Just close it.

I ordered the 8 piece meal with my sides being mashed potatoes and coleslaw and an extra side of baked beans. When I got home I didnt have any coleslaw and the biscuits we so hard I couldn't eat them. This makes several times that something is wrong with my food. Once the baked beans were mush and not editable. Another time I only received 6 pieces of chicken. They need to get it together!!!
This place is trashy. They are always “out of food”., because the employees are too lazy to cook accordingly. Seriously 7:30, we are out of chicken Breast. We have no strawberry dessert.

I have never been inside , but the drive-through is usually always busy. I drove through this past Tuesday after the championship game of the NCAA tournament to get the dunkin basket of chicken strips had to wait after pay approximately 4 minutes for strips to cook they said. Got my order drove home opened bag and basket and the breading on my strips was soggy. Put them in air fryer to crisp up and then ate them with gravy provided, no dipping sauce was in order.

I personally didn't like what I had, but the service was great. It stays empty most of the time, so never really crowded. If you like KFC it's a good one to go to, and directly off of the main road.
