Little Caesars Pizza

It took an hour to get a pizza because the kid lost my order and didn't give me a receipt. The food hadn't even been made. They had me wait as I watched 6 vehicles drive off with food and then a girl came to question why I was waiting. Then they hid in the back of the store after questioned about what was going on. Please properly train your staff to communicate with customers.

Raw, undercooked pizza. I ordered a deep dish. It was not cooked on the inside. The pizza also had no flavor. The breadsticks were similarly raw.

They like to tell you to pull up to wait for one item and have you waiting 20-30 minutes because they forgot to make it I guess. That’s fine I’ll just be late to work

The workers do a good job taking orders and filing them quickly. And the food is hot and good for a cheap meal.

Parking: It's in a shopping plaza, so there's always a lot of people.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. It's pretty small inside due to being a take out restaurant.

This branch needs new management. Recently the pizza isn't very fresh or hot and they aren't very fast, what happened to the motto ( hot and ready ) ? Today I ordered through the drive through, each item I asked for I also asked if it was ready and she ( the manager ) said yes, then I paid cash and she asked me to pull to the curb and wait. After 15 min. I called them to see if they forgot me, they said they were JUST NOW putting my order in the oven. I had already set in my car for 15 min. burning my gas to run the AC in the heat waiting after she said each item I asked for was ready when I ordered it. I asked her if what wasn't ready if she could refund me, she said she didn't think she could do that, so I just canceled my entire order. I had to go inside for her to figure out how to refund me, while I was starving and others were getting frustrated because of their wait also. Obviously the young manager can't handle the store, they weren't understaffed as there were half a dozen workers and they weren't busy as there were 3 customers. I won't be back !

Crust is like eating soft rocks, terrible, but I know why because I eat at one that makes their dough daily and it's delicious, so 2 or 3 or a week old Dough is like a rock

Hot, crisp, quick, convenient yummy pizza and wings, fairly priced. The pepperoni cheese sticks and personal pan pizza are my favorites.

Honestly i work nearby and come here the most.. not anymore.. its always awful here.. every other Little Caesars has their stuff together.. the pizza here just doesnt taste right.. im not sure.. it messes my stomach up everytime but now ive learned my lesson.. do

Got this for dinner tonight and my 8 year old daughter had already ate almost 3 pieces before I noticed and it's severely undercooked thought it was grease but it's doughy and disgusting I'm disappointed

Food and workers are great! Although when waiting in drive thru for my food the lady told me to pull forward, I waited for about 5 minutes or longer and was swormed by rats at the back of the store.... was scared to death.... other than that, store is clean no rats on inside and pizza is great!
