The young guy with the mullet in the drive thru NEVER says thank you. And I mean never. He has the worst manners. You would think they would instruct them to say thank you if their parents didn’t teach them basic human manners. Edit: I just got home to eat my #1 breakfast meal and it had an egg shell in it at least 1.5 inches long. So either someone doesn’t care at all about their work, or they are purposely sabotaging the store. Not sure which. Any cook knows that you remove even the smallest eggshell when you’re cooking. This thing was gigantic which makes me think it’s more likely someone is sabotaging the store for some dispute.

Had a mobile order as usual and noticed an older gentleman with a dog behind me. I'm a sucker for a good boy, so I asked the person if I could add 2 cheeseburgers and give them to the guy behind me. You would think I just spit in this kids face. He immediately started mumbling something that I had to turn off my heater just to hear. He basically told me no... So much for paying it forward at McDolands....

Took Daughter and granddaughter for breakfast here food was cold and you could tell that the eggs and hot cakes were old. Could not eat the food. For spending what I did for this food we should have been able to eat it. Very disappointed. Been eating at this location for many years.

I came through the drive through and there was a young man by the name of Tyler at the first window who asked me how my day was. He was very kind when he took my payment and what he didn’t know was I was really struggling that day and his nice smile and comforting words of wisdom made me have a much better day. He is exactly what this McDonald’s needed.

Breakfast with family went well. Food and service were excellent.
terrible breakfast place, bacon was still pink and uncooked, and even after removing it the sandwich still tasted like undercooked bacon. Do not recommend at all, maybe the lunch would be better but not according to other reviews.....

25 minutes to get fries and I told them it was ridiculous the first guy said our mistake what did u order again “clearly forgot my order “ went through the drive thru and said again this is ridiculous and as I pulled off he. Clearly said F you to and I called back manager said I was standing beside him and he never said that but the three people in the truck head it perfectly sad a place like this acts like children
