Ordered a pick up, showed up, and my fiod wasn't there. They said they didn't have the order in there system and I even got the screenshots where the money had come out of my account. It's bad enough that we apparently live in such a bad neighborhood that we can't have the food ready to just pick up and go, but then to get scammed on top of it. No ma'am. They were rude and completely unwilling to help me, and treated me like crap in front of a bunch of other customers. I don't like dealing with people and confrontation and I've had problems at this subway before, which is why I chose to do a pick up order in the first place. After they treated me like that I just walked out. I never got my money back or my food.

Sent my daughter to get a sub for me and the bread was hard as a brick. Top and bottom bread. Bread this hard should be thrown out. Will not be going back!

Using a spoon to measure cheese. Guy acted like the food was his. You won't get what you are paying for. Don't want to keep saying that's not enough.then you get charged double. This location needs help

PLZ SUB with no vids

The whole store is nothing but drama. The old store manager buys drugs from other employees while on the clock as well as food stamps talks about every person she knows from subway but then is their best friend. I have seen employees walking around house shoes and seen people hair hanging by their face and hairs all over their shirts. They can’t keep people bc the management is horrible and the area supervisor isn’t any better so if you’re not in their little click you screwed. It’s okay for some to do things but others are fired for it. The whole place is one big joke and will continue to be until they get certain people out of there and better management!! ??

Once again my order was incorrect. I ordered extra meat and there was two slices on an entire footlong. The quality and service of this location has continued to go down. Probably will not go back to this location.

So i ordered online for (“curbside pickup”) apparently curbside pickup is walk in and grab it yourself! Didn’t receive my 20oz drinks nor chips. Two of the subs were put on the bread not ordered on. Every time I order from this subway it’s always messed

Hospitality was great but the way my order was slopped together was not so great. I had to open my sandwich and evenly distribute everything on my sandwich and so of the ingredients like spinach was 3 or four leaves on the foot long. I didn't say anything because I was just wanting to leave

Didn’t have the best experience here. Very unsanitary. They pulled the bread out, set it on the counter without the paper underneath…then some meat fell off my sandwich and they picked it up and threw it back on my sandwich. They were using the same gloves to push up glasses, touch face, etc. as they were to make our sandwich. On top of that they were out of stock in everything and had no idea what they were doing! I heard a customer have to tell the employee what was on a specific sandwich she ordered cause the employee didn’t know. Friendly employees, they just didn’t know what they were doing and I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Yuck. Disgusting. Quick! Someone call the health department! This picture of rotting "egg" is just the tip of the grossness iceberg. Several containers of produce had ice crystals forming around the inside, with the produce itself being partially frozen. The Sandwich Artist making my sandwich had to dig through stuff just to get to the non frozen items. My anxiety got the best of me and I just paid and ran out, but I'll never be returning and neither should you. I can't unsee this grossness and I'm not going to be eating my sandwich. I'll just call the $7 and change a loss as I'd rather spare myself the stomach pains, diarrhea and vomiting that I'd likely get from eating anything that came from here.

The guy was super cool this evening whenever I went to this subway. I actually had to call and ask him directions. He guided me in just right. Everything is fine except for the female employee she was young and she was very rude.
