This place is a joke .. I pulled up to order the guy asked us what we wanted then wouldn’t respond so we sat there a few minutes with other cars behind us so we decided to pull to the window and when we got there they said they was closed … sooo why did they even ask us what we wanted . So stupid . You need to do better Taco Bell we went to Arby’s !

I really hate the new take you're own order kiosk. It's like if you didn't place the order on the kiosk too bad. Yea I used to stop by several times a month. But now I just refuse to use that kiosk. Probably the next wonderful thing introduced will be a robot that will eat the food for you. I mean really. Half the reason people go out to eat is well to be waited on and catered to. Wonder what brain child thought that this would be a good idea. Im sure they had a big increase in sales when they started this

Lied right to me. I asked if potatoes were fresh....he said yes. I order 6 potato tacos and every one of them was inedible....hard, dry nasty potatoes . Of course i was a half an hour away at home before i realized. I rarely get anything out anymore at all and the ONE time i decide to treat myself and my kids they pull this shit. Im so sick of them, it happens almost every single time.

Simply the best taco bell around in my area! Always makes the limited time food and drinks to upmost perfection. Food is never cold or not done. Customer service is possibly the best taco bell customer service I've ever had. If I had specific names of employees I would definitely give every single one of them the best review possible and thank them all personally! Highly recommend if you're around the South Point area!
Don’t go to this one. Not worth the money. Literally go to any other restaurant beside it

I’m from Pike County Ohio I came to Huntington to play Bingo I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way I went through the drive-thru and got a beefy nacho with no red sauce and a few extra items. I took my food to the bingo hall to eat while I played. The order was WRONG it had red sauce all in it so no way could I eat it anyway after 3 hours bingo was over I drove back to the Taco Bell with my receipt and explained to the manager the situation. He was rude AF and would not fix there mistake he tells me I have to go get the food”the messed up naco” and bring it back to him and even though I had my receipt. I never thought to save the food three hours and bring it back ??? I just can’t believe how I was treated I had my receipt and tried talking to him but he could have cared less. I’m not only starving now I’m so ticked off this is ridiculous!!!
