I’m from Pike County Ohio I came to Huntington to play Bingo I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way I went through the drive-thru and got a beefy nacho with no red sauce and a few extra items. I took my food to the bingo hall to eat while I played. The order was WRONG it had red sauce all in it so no way could I eat it anyway after 3 hours bingo was over I drove back to the Taco Bell with my receipt and explained to the manager the situation. He was rude AF and would not fix there mistake he tells me I have to go get the food”the messed up naco” and bring it back to him and even though I had my receipt. I never thought to save the food three hours and bring it back ??? I just can’t believe how I was treated I had my receipt and tried talking to him but he could have cared less. I’m not only starving now I’m so ticked off this is ridiculous!!!

I love either south point oh or I travel to 5th Ave huntington wv for accurate orders and better food. Avoid Washington Ave.
Hardly anything in the quesadilla even with ordering extra chicken. Been here multiple times and don’t plan to go back.

this makes me sad because taco bell is my favorite place to eat but south point taco bell always has hair or eyelashes in the food. specifically whoever makes nachos. very gross, makes me lose my appetite. fire people who don’t wear hair nets nor have long facial hair, it’s extremely unsanitary and a waste of money.
