I used to recommend this place on a daily, anymore it’s just not any good. Service SUCKS, very slow. We set down to and ordered drinks he walked away from us before I could order something to drink for my 2 year old who was super excited to Eat. We got our chips and salsa before our actual drinks took about 7-9 minutes after that for them to come back to give us our drinks. Another 7-9 minutes for us to just order our food. They walked right past us and didn’t offer a refill or anything. Their was 2 tables us and another family who asked for extras and stuff 4 different times. I watched the workers be rude to some guy asking for help. I had to get up and get my own silverware and they didn’t give us any straws. I will just go to Casa Next time. This location either needs closed or someone needs to come in and fire everyone and rehire

I ordered a chicken Mexican salad which consists of chicken, cheese, lettuce, spinach, corn, and carrots. The first time it had bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions on it so I tried to tell them it was wrong and they brought me a bowl of corn. I told them it was wrong and was showing them their menu on my phone with what it should have. He took my plate and 10 mins later came back with one with tomatoes. I asked him if I could speak to a manager and I never got to talk to one. I told him I didn't want the food at this point because I'm frustrated and will just wait on my boyfriend to finish his food. 10 minutes later he came back with my food that I didn't even want at this point. I got charged for it as well. I will never be back to this location because this was absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped in for dinner. Spouse had ,"little bit of everthing" said was very good I had:" Tres favoriteso," or 3 favorites elite was perfect. Music was annoying however. Very loud, and obnoxious . I did complain but the waiters don't speak English very well. We will totally return again.

WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The food and service were horrible. They served burnt flour chips and didn't bring out a new order of them until the food had been served. Three of us were served burnt chimichangas, and my guacamole was old and bad (had a brown tint). When the server came back after 10 minutes to check on us, and I told him about the guacamole, I was offered more bad guacamole, but no replacement of my chimichanga that had the bad guacamole on it. I sent it all back and will not return to this Tres!

My wife and I are struggling homelessright now and tres hermanos has fed us multiple times. They have an option to buy a voucher for another family.Please if you can buy us dinner. It's her favorite thing ever.

Ok, so first of all, this used to be my favorite place to eat. I lived in California for a long time. The food at Tres Hermanos reminded me of the food I had in Mexico and California. Now, they could have had an off night tonight, but it wasn't good. Me and the family were promptly seated, and our drink orders were filled. We ask the waiter for a few minutes to look at the menu because it has been a while since we have been there. 15 minutes later, they took our order. When the food came out, my son's burger looked like a house burger that was made yesterday and nuked. The cheese wasn't even melted. The special Bryan had tiny slivers of steak and was about 90 percent green peppers and onions. The chicken in my daughter's salad was burnt and dried out. I won't even go into my wife's food. But suffice to say she hit our houses door at full run for the bathroom. I love this place. I really hope they get it back to what it once was.
My food turned out horrible, ill go to Taco Bell for Mexican before here. It was the worst Mexican ive experinced. My quesadillas tortilla was burnt and the insides was cold. Completely unedible. I sent it back and will get something on the way home. The server was nice but forgetful, forgetting a whole portion of our order. The waiter did keep our drinks full and chips on the table so he did ok besides the missing food. All this and they werent abit busy. We will never return or recommend.
