Went through the drive thru to pick up a quick dinner. Was informed that they were "Out of Meat" not burgers, not chicken sandwiches. Not chicken nuggets. "ALL MEAT"?!?! Seriously?

Went through got a burger, a frosty and nuggets the order was 14 they charged 11 and then when I told him about the mistake, they tried to refund 14 instead of the original 11 ran my card 25 times the manager on duty was rude disrespectful rolling her eyes looked And appeared to be high or stoned. The manager asked what do you want me to do all I wanted was my food and I still didn’t get my food but yet they still charge me the $11 this Wendy’s used to be a good place to go now it’s a place for people to go and work. They get high and get stoned all the time and don’t want to do their job correctly. I will drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction from now on instead of going to that which I live five minutes from I have family that was always going to that Wendy’s. They won’t even step foot in there for a cup of ice somebody from home office needs to go in investigate Because everybody in there appeared to be stoned or high on something.

Food was off, was in the drive thru close to 15 minutes. my wife's hamburger was wrong and he baked potato. Took burger and added cheese and gave it back. It was a very unacceptable first bad Wendy's experience. Time she ate it was cold

I just finished my lunch I ordered from your south point Ohio location and I am so disappointed. I understand we had a storm yesterday and that there might be some issues, but the issues I have don’t have anything to do with running water or electricity
My wife and I are in our 70s and have been under the weather lately, so we’ve been getting take out almost every day. Today it was Wendy’s turn. I ordered our usual order consisting of a Wendy’s double with a Diet Coke. They explained that they didn’t have any soft drinks so I got a frosty. Then I ordered a large chili and a double stack. I drove back home and we started our meal. There were no napkins, no ketchup, no spoon for the chili, and the fries were not warm at all. On top of that the chili was so runny that it was like warm tomato soup. Being 72 years old and not feeling well I didn’t want to go back out so we made do. I knew that calling them back wouldn’t help the situation since I wasn’t leaving the house, so that’s why I’m writing.
I don’t want any free food nor do I want my money back. I just want someone to know that I’ll think twice before returning. The order was placed around 2:15 today (Saturday). Thank you

Came through just to get a half tea half lemonade for my mother and small frosty for my son. The girl hands the drink out and I told her it was not correct it was all lemonade no tea. She rolled her eyes and snatched the drink back. She handed it to her boss who said I knew it was wrong. The girl said I just hand it out she took the order. Her boss proceeded to correct the drink and hands it out the window and says there. Then slams the window.
Way better than the IRONTON Wendy's!! Definitely more friendlier & doesn't mess up your order every time you come through!

My friend got a baked potato, the other day. & it was rotten. Y'all need to check it before giving your food out to your customers. That really upsets me, my friend just had surgery, and that was pretty much the only thing she could eat. Without her stomach getting upset.

This Wendys used to be fine, nothing spectacular but hey it’s a Wendys. Last few months it’s gone downhill really badly, I haven’t gotten a good meal here in quite awhile. Burnt fries, stale nuggets, you name it. It’s quite literally the worst fast food option in this area.
