Payment and pumps are always down. The tap to pay never works and the chip readers don’t process. Every time i visit this gas station around 4pm i have to go to three different pumps or inside before i can even get my payment to process and it’s already busy enough, as well as small.

Bathrooms are trashed, how hard is it to hand someone a bag when they have multiple items at the register? Someone needs to train the kids working there on at least a little customer service. Put out paper towels, and condiments when they are empty. Pretty simple when you sell food that takes condiments.

Trucks parking in fuel island, making other trucks park in street, management might be cute but ain't smart, used to get breakfast sandwiches now it's chicken burrito for breakfast because they cater to Mexicans or what ever the midgets running around are that DONT speak english, I get my smokes ID has to be scanned or NO SALE ....... they don't have to because they act like they don't understand...... THEY HAVE NO ID SO NO SALE SHOULD BE DONE......... This store has went down hill fast, I will be buying my fuel an daily good some where else WORST STOP ON I70

Hey I don't understand why you guys hire Sudupid and rude people. Night lady she is next level. And today I told the hey there is a lady she is smoking next to the diesel ⛽️ pump It's off its off . Should you be not careful not To be smoking cigarettes right next to it. Can't understand why it's not a big deal It will blow the hell out everything in mints And Accidents does happens
3rd shift lady is nasty and not all friendly when you just go ask her a question. I stop at this store at least three times a week when I travel through there for work or on my motocycle going to Columbus. But will take my business to the other side of highway.

The heavy set older lady at the cash register was extremely rude, and when she saw me in line she looked at her coworker hoping she would take me next in line. Her face turned up at me and when I asked for some cigars she gave me the incorrect item and when I corrected her she snatched the wrong ones out of my hand got the ones I asked for originally then threw them in the bag to be crushed by my other items. She continues to roll her eyes and doesn’t tell me my final total. She seems to be racist because her bad mood didn’t start until she noticed me in line. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the other workers on duty didn’t have the same attitude as her. I interacted with a few of them in passing and holding doors for another. She is a miserable woman. Doesn't need a job in customer service. (She was a white woman and I am Brown skinned)

Men’s room is vile. Boogers on the wall have been there for 2 months at least. Toilets overflowing and clogged. Floors dirty, fuel islands dirty, roller grill appears to haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Cashiers act like they are miserable being there. Once mudflap prices drop at other locations I’ll be glad to never come back here. The chicken is decent though.
