Burger King on Maple avenue in Zanesville has really went downhill!!! The food is not fresh! They lied about putting fresh chicken down for the original chicken sandwich. They turned it over and warmed it😢

Didn't have any problems here. The services was good and the place was clean. The foodwe ordered came out right and was hot. We enjoy eating at Burger King because of the consistency to quality and taste. Definitely coming back to eat here if we are in the area again. I dont like their onion rings though.

This was the worst meal and service I have ever received. They handed me three whopper Jr's that we ordered that the meat was still very much COLD. THIS IS NOT WHAT COMES ON A WHOPPER JR. THE TWO LADIES WORKING WERE NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER. THANKS BURGER KING!!! YOU ARE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 😞 😮💨

Worst customer service ever experienced in my life nobody is at the first window. I pulled up to the second one. They wanted me to back up to the first one just to pay being completely lazy. They were rude served as cold food asked for ketchup and they give me two packets for all my food And they were nasty because I asked for a receipt and the cashier couldn’t even work the register and the two young girls in the front were rude as hell they will not get my Business again, I would rather drive on the other side of town

Just left there told the young lady in her face Dubble whopper everything no mayonnaise extra Pickle then my wife told them she wanted The Dubble Bacon cheeseburger seedless bun gave here a dubble bacon with no bacon took it back they gave her a bun with seeds please Zanesville Shut this damn place down plus the kids looked High off something.

This would be 0 stars if it was available. I waited 30 mins to get food because they had 8 customers and the manager verbally said they were "slammed". To top it off they gave me a chicken sandwich with nothing on it, as ppain and dry as could be. So I bring it back to get a refund and the "manager" who only identified himself as Rob gets an attitude with me for being upset that I wasted over an hour getting my food and returning it and still not having dinner. Apparently he is the reason the customer service there is so terrible. Highly DO NOT recommend wasting your time or money here.

I ordered food for my family, the lady taking my order first told me that they didn't have the sandwiches i ask for, and had to go get another employee to help her, she finally got those rang up, and i gave her the rest of my order, she repeated it back to me and it was wrong again, so I gave her my order a 3rd time, and again it was messed up but she said she had got it fixed! At the window i could hear 2 people arguing in the back over messing up an order, which im now guessing was someone eleses, We get our food home, nothing was correct, our whoppers had nothing on them but a pattie and cheese, we had several items missing and our food we had special ordered without certain items were covered in them, making it impossible for my husband to eat his dinner because he can't eat the things we requested them to not put on the food. I tried to call In for over an hr, with a busy signal, so I called the other burger King in zanesville and they told me to take the food back, bc they didn't know why it was busy maybe they were having phone issues, I think they took it off the hook so they didn't have to deal with phone calls, bc they was struggling just to get orders in and make them correctly so after I just spent 50 bucks, and live 30 mins away with gas being the price it is, im supposed to make another trip waisting gas bc of there mistakes, and bc they have the phone off the hook! That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'll never waiste my money here again! So thank you for costing me 50 bucks down the drain on food no one could eat, or wanted to eat! If I order a whopper I want the toppings and not just a burger with cheese on it! I'm so angry, if it wasn't such a far drive and so late I would take it back and throw it back in the window bc you basically just ripped me off 50 dollars!!
I recommend nothing from this place except new employees and getting your stuff together
