I'm about 99.9% sure this isn't right and for how much they cost? There should be two chicken strips in these! I ordered a few and well, live and learn.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, jalapeño bites, fries and 2 tots. Pulled up to the window paid. Then was told they were out of jalapeño bites and asked if I wanted to substitute something else. I said make it another order of tots. They said it had to be the same price and offered Motts apple sauce. I said no how about another order of fries. They said no and offered a 4 piece chicken nuggets. At this point I was beyond upset and told the guy I'll just go to McDonald's and drove off without my food or money. My wife who was with me said turn around and she will go back in and get our money. When she did they had the audacity to say I didn't give them the chance to substitute something. Also while she was in there another guy was getting his money back for the same reason. I have no problem with Burger King being out of something. But I should be told at the time of ordering. Not after paying and they should be a little more flexible with substitutions. Maybe they wouldn't be getting this negative review.

Why?! Just why!?! I came through the drive through and the girl had no idea what her menu intailed. The girl at the window argued with me about here own menu that that was displayed and was rude to my wife. She tried to charge me extra for an item that was included in a combo meal. I can’t wait to speak to a manager since they won’t answer their phone at the location in south zanesville. Are the employees stealing from customers???

All I can say is check your order before leaving the drive though. I ask for heavy onions on my cheese burger and only got one small piece of onion on both burgers. This restaurants are becoming a waste of time and money.

They usually need more than one try to get an order correct. Always been that way, maybe the moniters are too small. They are nice about fixing it but I was all the way home once when I saw why my bill was so high. 6 bucks for two cups of ice. Think she must've charged me for bottled water. And it was on the disappearing ink paper that shady auto parts stores use.

The reason they're getting a 5 is because of today. Orders got mixed up, instead of getting overwhelmed and upset, they fixed everything quickly. Smiles on their faces and an all around good atmosphere. The manager/lead working today should always be in a lead position. Thank you ladies for everything.

We just left. Unfortunately the whole place was running on only two staff members. They were very apologetic and working their behinds to hand out orders. Im so proud of their resilience and did not mind waiting just a little longer for our food.

Caution.... Food poisoning possibilities ... They surved me food that made me sick. It could be I don't eat much fast food, but still it about made me take a trip to the ER. I was so sick to my stomach. Do not ask for sweet tea something is not right about the taste it could be the sewage water they use not really sure.... Eat at this hole in the ground with caution.
Why are we STAPLING bags shut? And why did my bag need FIVE staples? Staples are conciered a hazard theyre foreign objects and they can fall into the OPEN containers of food (like the fries or tots) you can use stickers on your drink cups u can use them to close your bags properly...do better.

Burger King on Maple avenue in Zanesville has really went downhill!!! The food is not fresh! They lied about putting fresh chicken down for the original chicken sandwich. They turned it over and warmed it😢
