How do you run out of food? No ribs no boneless wings no taters, and the place is filthy. This place is really run down

First time at this Applebee's but nothing really stood out.

Got a burger and steak and both tasted good but the steak was well overcooked and the burger was a pretty thin patty and not really what you would expect. Steam broccoli was 3 out of 5 and the mash potatoes were spot on.

Overall for a burger I would go else where and get a little more for about the same cost. The steak, we could have had another one made but with everything combined we figured why not just finish up and hopefully they informed the kitchen.

Overall really a 3 out of 5.

Absolutely terrible experience at the bar. Watched the bartender serve several other patrons multiple beers and refuse to serve my friend. Said she was slurring and had the right to refuse to service her. Could be a speech impediment…. He could’ve cared
Less. DEI. Just kept servicing his friends. We won’t be returning.

I often order curbside online at Applebees Springboro. It’s usually pretty good! This evening though my order was not correct or good —- no cheese as ordered on potatoes, no bbq sauce — I paid for extra sauce, brownie dessert was too hard to cut with fork, chicken tenders were over cooked & hard. My $22.00 meal was a disappointment. I don’t know why today was so bad but thought you should know. Thanks.

It used to be a reasonable place to eat. They have started charging extra for sauces. I have also received a ranch to dip my quesadilla burger in without being charged. They also charged us for the celery that was in the picture of the appetizers we ordered. 50 bucks for 2 people is just too much to keep coming back.

Excellent food and service. Good portions. Great atmosphere. Awesome soup and salad.

We came in a both ordered the bourbon street mushroom swiss burger. Although the burger tasted great it was much smaller compared to a burger from a place like Chili's which we eat often. Also the server told me that she didn't think that there was an option to add another patty which is also an option at Chili's for an additional $5. Therefore I can get a much larger burger for basically the same price and better quality at Chili's. There would need to be some changes before I would consider eating this again.

I want to thank Manager C. Vance for inviting me to a second opportunity to try the Applebee’s sirloin steak. Unfortunately my medium rare sirloin was only slightly better than the first. The issue with both sirloins was the tough stringy gristle found throughout the meat. Flavor was good but you have to be very careful not to get choked because the meat just doesn’t want to separate while chewing it. Despite this negative I do recommend Applebee’s, just know it’s not a steakhouse. I look forward to returning and trying the other items on the menu. Again thank you for the excellent customer service from both you and the entire staff.

TERRIBLE, my wife had the bourbon chicken with shrimp, the chicken was so dry she couldn't cut it with a steak knife, not even think about chewing it, will not be returning to any Applebee's establishments

The food was good, fiesta lime chicken. Service was good as usual but I was seated in an area that smelled bad. It was near the bathrooms but it smelled more like dirty carpet...I frequently visit this Applebee's but have never sat in that area. Normally there's no issue.
