The food was over cooked. The bathroom was very unclean. Very disgusting!! Trash can had dried food on the outside of it. This is one of the worst Arbys I have ever been in.

I ordered 2 classic double roast beef, a classic roast beef and 2 LG crinkle fries and a LG Dr Pepper. I got 3 regular classic roast beef that tasted dry, the fries were fried too long and tasted stale. The soda was the only good thing about the meal. This is the first time I ever got bad food from this Arby's but I won't be back to this store, I'll drive farther to go to a different store.

My daughter and I stopped in last night about 10 minutes before it was time to close the lobby. We placed our order and I told the lady working (manager maybe) that if they wanted us to take our order to go, we would. She was very nice and said we could eat there. The food was good, service was great, the place was clean too 👌

Food usually good, but check your bag. Many times I've been missing an item and had to return to get them.
My experience usually isn’t bad if I am taking my food with me, but my husband wanted to stay in the restaurant to eat, and the place is just filthy. Every surface felt sticky and there was glitter all over a couple of the chairs. Every table was dirty, there are cobwebs everywhere and old wallpaper peeling off of the walls. The place should’ve been gutted and remodeled 15 years ago. At the very least, you need an outside cleaning crew to come in and do a deep clean. You can’t expect your closers to clean to that level, but that’s what it needs. Also, the country music is horrendous to listen to and there are political ads every few minutes that are ridiculous to hear while you are trying to eat your food. My food was decent. The atmosphere is an epic fail.

My girlfriend and I went through the drive through and had a great experience. Freddy was super helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. He was super friendly and very nice and made it a great experience! Please make Freddy a a manager or at least a raise he is a great worker
