First off, went through Drive thru (no cars in line). Waited a couple of minutes and noone took our order. Decided to go inside instead. All the employees were standing around inside. As soon as we walked in, they all disappeared. No other customers were inside. After a few minutes, they took our order. Food came relatively quick. Took a bite of my beef and cheddar and it tasted like charcoal. It tasted so smoky and burnt that it was inedible. Will never return to this location.

Bathrooms are disgusting, there were flies all over the dining room, and multiple homeless people came in to use the bathroom while we were waiting for our food. Highly considered throwing my food away because I’m certain I’ll get food poisoning later. Avoid this Arby’s.

Stopping to use the bathroom and that should have been my first clue to not order food. The bathroom had bloody toilet paper on the floor. Ordered food and the roast beef was definitely passed expiration and was inedible. The French fries were old and had paper towel pieces mixed in with them. Please take my advice and avoid this Arby’s at all costs.

It's been 6 years since my last review of this Arby's and normally I wouldn't change reviews for average service but this arbys late night manager or supervisor went above and beyond being all around pleasant and just great. I put in a mobile order, everything seemed good and the ready for pickup at 11pm but when I arrived the order wasn't there. I was really bummed because it had been paid for and everything, she helped me redo my order, made it quickly and its came out great. Last of all, she helped me with showing me how to submit my refund on the food I didn't get! Just perfect, could not be happier with my service. I wouldn't recommend another arby like i recommend this one.

The food was over cooked. The bathroom was very unclean. Very disgusting!! Trash can had dried food on the outside of it. This is one of the worst Arbys I have ever been in.
People they work here hate their life. Unbelievably rude like the person running the drive through tonight. Monday 3-10-2025 skip it they are always like this I haven’t been for months and figured I’d give them another chance and all I get was attitude like they are upset they have customers.

I ordered 2 classic double roast beef, a classic roast beef and 2 LG crinkle fries and a LG Dr Pepper. I got 3 regular classic roast beef that tasted dry, the fries were fried too long and tasted stale. The soda was the only good thing about the meal. This is the first time I ever got bad food from this Arby's but I won't be back to this store, I'll drive farther to go to a different store.

My daughter and I stopped in last night about 10 minutes before it was time to close the lobby. We placed our order and I told the lady working (manager maybe) that if they wanted us to take our order to go, we would. She was very nice and said we could eat there. The food was good, service was great, the place was clean too 👌
