It's been 6 years since my last review of this Arby's and normally I wouldn't change reviews for average service but this arbys late night manager or supervisor went above and beyond being all around pleasant and just great. I put in a mobile order, everything seemed good and the ready for pickup at 11pm but when I arrived the order wasn't there. I ordered 2 classic double roast beef, a classic roast beef and 2 LG crinkle fries and a LG Dr Pepper. I got 3 regular classic roast beef that tasted dry, the fries were fried too long and tasted stale. The soda was the only good thing about the meal. This is the first time I ever got bad food from this Arby's but I won't be back to this store, I'll drive farther to go to a different store.

My daughter and I stopped in last night about 10 minutes before it was time to close the lobby. We placed our order and I told the lady working (manager maybe) that if they wanted us to take our order to go, we would. She was very nice and said we could eat there. The food was good, service was great, the place was clean too 👌
