I’ve been here a few times, however the line takes forever even when I’m the only one in line. Waiting wouldn’t be so bad if the coffee was actually hot when I got it and if it tasted good and not burnt. I really want to like Biggby coffee but it’s not it. The bagels are fine but for the long wait I’d be better off going somewhere else. Everyone is nice but I also feel like they can’t hear you over the drive thru speaker which is frustrating

So I love bigby and the workers at this location are so sweet. I have to say it though. Someone there colors on the coffee sleeves, and I understand that they probably think it’s cute. Which it would be if it didn’t come off haha. I’ve been trying to figure out how I ruined my white sweater today. It was covered in blue and I had no idea why until I saw my hand covered in blue ink. Couldn’t figure it out and finally someone pointed it out. So my sweater is covered in blue marker/sharpie/something. I’m not mad by any means but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t super bummed. I had this happen before but luckily my clothes were dark so you couldn’t see it. So as sweet as it is (I think a child does it, maybe a workers child) I just wanted to give a fair warning and suggest that they maybe stop doing it or find something where the color wont leak. But the food is 10/10 haha! And again I want to clarify that the workers are really kind and I know they mean no harm.
The service that was once exceptional has, unfortunately, taken a disappointing turn. While we used to experience phenomenal service, the recent trend of being charged for extra boba without receiving the corresponding quantity is disheartening. Considering the relatively high cost of the drink, approximately $8, the discrepancy becomes more significant. It would be beneficial for the establishment to ensure that its staff is well-versed in the accurate interpretation of "extra," as this oversight diminishes the overall quality of the customer experience.

Drinks can be a little on the sweeter side, but great variety. I haven’t had them all. Food is great. I’ve only had the bagel sandwiches. Only complaint, adjust your drive thru menu to not be in direct sunlight. It’s not readable when the sun is out! Maybe add an awning to shade it?

The latte and the mocha were pretty good.The baristas really need to watch the girl with the nose ring at the drive thru window. I told her to keep the change for the tip jar and she pocketed the dollar bill and put the seventy-two cents in the tip jar this evening.
