Tonight I ordered the family sized soups now yes they were good but they definitely not family sized I ate the whole tub of vegetable soup myself and I'm not a big fella. So that's why I say 3 yes food was good just not family sized like they advertise.

On two separate occasions I have ordered the chicken strips meal, and each time I've gotten them they are deep fried too long. End pieces are hard and the rest is over crispy. Won't be ordering these again. The rest of the meals I've ordered have been good! I like Bob Evans just not their chicken strips.

Great breakfast! Finally tried the new-ish sandwich biscuit meal and it was very good. Also tried the loaded home fries which I do think are worth the minor up charge. Our waitress was extremely attentive and my coffee never got cold (or empty).

Not too busy on a random Monday mid-morning. Food was all perfectly cooked and it was a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

The food quality seems much improved. Service is good to. They are back on my recommended list for breakfast.

5/3/25 ordered the red white and blue hot cakes with the farmers breakfast. 1st thing I noticed my eggs were cold. Then she brought me my hotcakes with strawberries chocolate chips and powdered sugar and I told Zoey this was not my order. She said well, that's how we do it here. 😂 Honey, do better my waitress last week accommodated my order and they had the RWB hotcakes and nowhere does anyone say that is how we do it here. I understand you can't take an order but, your services were not acceptable especially your attitude. This is how we do it. Next time ask instead of making yourself look uneducated. Thank You, for the unacceptable conduct as well as, your services. The easiest thing in the world is to take an order making the food is more complex and takes skill. 😂 Therefore, you only had one job. Customer satisfaction and you failed. Learn from this experience and do better next time don't be so rude just because you are having a bad day. Thanks...

I take my mom here once a week, she has Lew body dementia and for some reason she loves their pot roast. For most part it has decent and something she loves. Tonight however we arrived approximately around 7:30. We were told it was going to be 10-15 minute wait even though plenty of empty seats. We were seated right before eight pm, we gave our order as soon as we ordered our drinks. After 30 minutes, our waitress, a very sweet lady informed me because of our long wait they were going to take 20% off our bill and our food would becoming out promptly. 40 minutes later, I received my salad first and my mom received her pot roast dinner

Will never return to this one again. For starters the glaze carrots were smothered in gravy for my husband. And we were given the bill well before we were finished eating. We would have liked to had dessert but we were rushed. Nobody else received their bill while they were still eating, just us. I will never return to that establishment ever again.

Normally we're good with Bob Evans, but we got $40 worth of old food this afternoon on a pickup order. The biscuits and chicken tenders must have been sitting out all day. I know nobody working there would drop $40 on food that should be thrown out; not sure why they would do their customers like that. Will update rating if next time is any better.
