They just took so long I gave up and left.
WORST BURGER KING EVER!
Placed a mobile order & waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through lane only to be handed a bag missing my french fries. So had to go inside and was met by the rudest young man (maybe the manager)? I told him my fries were missing, he gets them & hands them to me with no apologies whatsoever. I commented I guess you’re having a rough night to which he replies they’re short handed (not my problem). Funny, there were 3 of them standing at the counter with no customers waiting and no one in drive thru.
Why BK doesn’t start making mobile orders until you arrive is beyond me. What’s the point of placing one then??

Heaven called and wanted their burger back this was the best Whopper I've ever ate it's like it actually came from Heaven and it was so good if I wasn't full id buy me another Whopper. The Restaurant was so clean and the Employees were so kind my Whopper looked just like the picture and was blessed it was so good. Blessed 🙏!

I asked for a side of pickles. The manager said no. The lady at the drive thru seemed embarrassed that she couldn't give me a side of pickles... It was really weird. I would have paid for the pickles but they wouldn't let me have any with my meal.

Absolutely horrible experience today! Went inside and used my app to get a free large fry with $1 purchase and ordered, the 2 for $5 original chicken sandwiches, swiped my card and left, a few minutes after leaving I realized I was over charged $5.58, I was charged full price for the sandwiches. I went back, went through the drive thru, explained the situation, the woman (who I was refused to get her name) said “you didn’t order it that way” I explained I did I knew exactly what I asked for and said word for word what I’d asked for. She again says you didn’t say that, I responded with “I’m not a liar, stop saying I’m lying” long pause I then say “hello” she tells me to hold on, holding her headset I could hear a muffled conversation, she comes back, tells me to pull forward. I do so, another lady who was making ice creams and packing orders while I was inside ordering comes to the window, I explained everything once again (which I was later told multiple employees wear headsets herself included, so there was no need for me to explain everything again since she “could hear everything as she claimed) after explaining it to her she says “you didn’t order it like that” again I say yes I did can I just get my money back that I was over charged she says no, I then say ok, the food hasn’t been opened can I just give you the food back and get my entire order refunded, she says no we can’t take orders back. I know that both statements are completely false. I then ask for her mangers info, she refused and said she’s the manger, i ask again and another woman comes to the window Rochelle comes to the window (only person that would give me her name) she tells me once again that I didn’t order it this certain way I again explain that I did, and that only one person took my order no the entire crew so how do they know what I said, she says “I don’t know I just got here” so she just got there but is telling me I didn’t say something I know for a fact I did makes zero sense, I asked her for her bosses info, she says she’s the GM and isn’t giving me that information, I then asked for her name, she gave it, then I asked for the employee who actually took my order she refused, and asked for the other “mangers” name she refused that also. To be called a liar is insane only because I was over charged. So much for customer service, I go there at lease once a week and will never return. Horrible employees and even worse customer service! If the real owner of this store could contact me it would be very appreciated.

I ordered two melts for lunch and opened them immediately only to find a cold slice of cheese on top of room temperature burger patties on both. I walked right back inside and show the manager who refunded my money but didn't say a word to me. Not sure what they think a melt is supposed to be but I guess that's how they roll. Go somewhere else if you want a hot juicy melt sandwich.

Don’t get a “melt” at this location. Their manager Rachelle tried to tell me this bread was toasted. That’s the lightest toast I’ve ever seen and she would not give me my money back. She did not apologize that I was an unhappy customer. I’ve never heard of a place not giving your money back if you are not satisfied with your food. This is a very poor policy, and I will not be returning and I guarantee she will not care if she loses customers.

I just went through the drive-through had two orders. Both orders was absolutely incorrect. My sweet tea that I ordered was not sweet. It was unsweet and it also had no ice in it and then once I leave and get halfway down the street I realize that on the second order, my food was totally made incorrectly from what I ask and then the icing on the cake I was missing half of my order very very poor the date is December 23, 2024 at 8:28 PM

Ate the food right way while driving. Cold N’ Old fries. Burger was okay but still lukewarm. Nuggets were good but cold. Only thing that was fresh were my Chicken fries which were actually pretty decent. Waited inside 10 minutes before they started even bagging food… the fries they put in were the same fries they already had in a carton on the counter for 10+ minutes. Common Burger King, how are you gonna let a Clown serve better burgers than a King

Got my food wrong and now won't answer the phone so I can ask for replacements. Didn't know till I got home.
Very displease with service got shorted fries took food in and showed worker looked in the bag like I was lying very disrespectful I will say I won't be going back for a while

I went thru and got some whoppers tonight and when I get home it seems as if they just pulled them out of the fridge. So then I call to ask why there serving iced whoppers and they continuously let it ring until voicemail picks up. If this was the first time I wouldn't be so upset but it's Everytime I feel like anymore. Hopefully someone high up sees this and can have someone go train on how to properly heat and seve food and then maybe some classes on how to handle customer complaints because they know what the phone is ringing for and they don't feel like dealing with it. Sad
