Music is too loud, firstly. Secondly, make sure your kitchen isn’t laughing when your workers doing the line are telling them portions repeatedly. Maybe if your kitchen wouldn’t smoke a 3.5 before working, your line workers wouldn’t have to call out portions over ten times. Also—stop letting the managers work register. Customers get absolutely terrible portions when this happens and it makes nobody happy. Literally nobody. There’s no reason for the rice to not even cover the bowl completely. Always out of queso and cheese and brown rice. You’d think a mexican grill would have a plentiful supply ready to go of brown rice. Nope. Ridiculous. Only time this place has it together is when the ginger she/they (?) is working. Give her/them a raise immediately.

I am only giving this a 3 stars BECAUSE THEY NEED MORE WORKERS!? Also, the portion sizes have drastically shrunk. The bowls used to be overflowing, and now they aren’t even filled.
Excellent service by the staff members though - No complaints about the employees or their service.

Just want everyone to know do not place a pick up order. You will not get what you ordered. My wife asked for rice on the side and they did not give any rice. My wife asked for light cheese and they gave her a huge piece of cheese and that was it. This place shouldn’t even be open if they can not get orders correct.

Looked like the entire seating area and floor could have used a good cleaning! One person to serve and empty the trash while one other employee was cutting meat and another standing around; at least be out of the sight of customers if you're going to do that!

Filthy two people working customers walking out with out service. It should be shut down by code. I saw a rat in the men’s room whoever operates this location should be ashamed of themselves. They sent me a link to make amends for such horrendous health concerns. There are two people working. They are overwhelmed. The place is absolutely filthy. I helped my aunt run a pizzeria for 30 years. We have never had anything like this if we did, they would lock the doors with the chain and padlock. They cannot get away with such terror. They are putting the public at risk with such poor handling of food and Lack of cleaning there should be at least five people working at this location and it should be making a ton of money. People are walking out left and right this is absurd.

Employees would rather spend time talking to their friends and coworkers, and then actually taking care of customers who need service. June 20 at 7:30 PM. Did not end up eating here due to the ridiculously long wait because they were out of virtually every product.
