One of the slowest chipotles I’ve ever been to. Multiple people pulling out of the order pickup window after 10-15 minutes. If you can’t actually fulfill orders don’t take them.

So thier credit and POS system went down.. instead of inconvenient services he said go ahead and go eat as my food was already made and they will come get me once the system is back up, it never came back up... asked if I had cash and I did not and he said thats OK its on us this time... WOW no one does that anymore.. So due to that fact I will only come to this location for my burrito bowl needs as that just made me a customer for life at this location.. I work at Parts Express so this location is litterly right down the road from me and I even told him I would come back in tomorrow and pay for my meal and he told me it wasn't my fault the credit server is down it is on him this time... being that thoughtful to a customer was amazing and I will only come to this location for now on just due to the exceptional service they provided

Thank You to this location!! I left the Middletown location and took my chances with this one and I’m glad I did!! Exceptional Customer Service, Great Food, and most importantly unlike the Middletown Chipotle it had a very clean environment and trash cans not overflowing!! Thank you for keeping up name of Chipotle because several of them across the United States have ultimately declined!!

I don't understand why this place is open til 10, if they are always out of everything by 7 PM. I've cme here several times after work and consistently, they are out of half the choices and will not be restocking them for the rest of the night. Last time I came here, they were out of lettuce, cheese, chicken, and tortillas. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have tortilla 3 hours before close?!

Whoever is managing this placed needs to be fired and kept out of any profession that controls inventory.

This was so incredibly bad. Wanted 50 minutes in line for our food. Husband went inside to see if we could get it quicker... Nope, drive through was faster but took 50 mins. My order was supposed to be picked up at 610, at 7 we left, asked for a refund as we no longer wanted it and the girl said she didn't know how because it was her 4th day. So we ended up taking it home. The chips were either super stale or over cooked, food was wrong and the burrito was.... Shorter than usual? Mostly I just wished they'd have refunded us. Not worth the nearly hour wait and staff didn't seem to care.

This place can't get a pick-up order to go to save their life. I dont know how difficult it is to put the entire order in the bag but I guess you need a masters degree to achieve this task. Sour cream, black beans, corn...not that hard.

DIRTIEST Chipotle I have ever been to. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY! Almost left when we saw it. Portions were smaller than usual/expected. Will not eat here again

There was no white rice available. Ordered a steak bowl, portions were very small, lettuce was not fresh. Ordered chips, they were stale. When I asked for new chips, employee looked at me like I was bothering them. Would not recommend this site.

Another horribly long wait at the pick up window, what a surprise. This is becoming increasingly more common and with a wait time that gets longer with every visit. Very frustrating to deal with picking up an order and very disappointing to get cold food.

I ordered an online order for dinner and my pickup was 7:50. i got in line at 7:40 and did not receive my food until 8:55. This is without a doubt the worse fast food place i have ever been to. this has happened multiple times and theres never any transparency or explanation. we just sit there for over an hour waiting and all we get is “sorry for the wait”. i attempted to contact customer support but they are probably worse than this location’s management. i will post pictures of trying to contact them. our food was cold and barely had anything in the bowl and missing ingredients. terrible prices, terrible management, and terrible food. do not recommend ever going.

Definitely one of the nicest looking Chipotles I've ever been to food was pretty darn good. It was extremely busy, they handled it well but my food was not ready till till about 15 minutes after the order was due and the very nice woman behind the register asked me what was I here for about four times before it finally came out ( not faulting her at all. She was fantastic and she must have checked out 60 people in the 20 minutes I waited)
