This is an outrage we went to Chipotle for a date and we was at the dump. Trash everywhere tables floors bathrooms. It was absolutely despicable. It was just down right embarrassing. Employees very disorganized and clueless. The music was so loud I couldn’t hear my fiancé talk. It made it very awkward. Yeah never again.

Food was great and the workers were nice. Only thing issue we had was my son got a bowl with double meat Chicken AND Steak. They charged for a steak bowl as well as extra steak. Which is a couple dollar difference. I didn't notice it until I had already paid, so no use going back up to complain. Just check what they're ringing you up so you don't get overcharged.

Let's put this in here again since they didn't respond and then deleted my review. Sat and waited 10 minutes past my pickup time at the curbside window before anyone came to the window. My food sat on the shelf for who knows how long. Terrible portions check out my images, both rices, both beans, steak, extra sour cream, and extra cheese sauce on the side. There was also something odd in my bowl that was none of the above-mentioned items. Chips were also bendy. My bowl didn't even make it to the middle rim. No response from the app or store. Very poor customer service. The worst Chipotle around.

Curly brunette hair teenager extremely rude to everyone mumbling under his breath at requests from customers. Gave extremely small portions then drowned my burrito in sour cream. Said I wanted water to drink then tried to charge me for a large drink.
The service and food is amazing. It’s my favorite chipotle. However corporate will not send a new card reader to them until it is fully broken. The card reader does not work, and it is extremely annoying. Corporate says it isn’t fully broken but it pretty much is. Please fix.

Walk in 15 minutes before 11pm and they tell you "we ain't got nuthin " . If you're open till 11, you need to be serving food till 11. Whoever manages these Chipotle's around here should be disgusted by the business you run. Laziest employees I've ever seen in my life.

It's extremely disappointing to see Chipotle employees not giving a crap about customer service or quality of food. Underneath the drink dispenser had mold on it and was super dirty. And based on the rest of the comments, you can only imagine how many things they were out of at the counter after being told that steak will be ready in 10 minutes. I asked again and they said they wouldn't have steak for another 30 minutes. Then in they replied, you can go To another Chipotle location.
