“On two separate occasions I have ordered the chicken strips meal, and each time I've gotten them they are deep fried too long. End pieces are hard and the rest is over crispy. Won't be ordering these again. The rest of the meals I've ordered have been good! I like Bob Evans just not their chicken strips.“

“My granddaughter took me here her last night before she went back to OSU and I really loved it. The food was SO GOOD, I had a small sirloin with loaded baked potato and cheddar broccoli casserole and unsweetened peach tea, she had a ribeye with baked potato and salad and sweet tea. They were cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Kayla, was very good and our hostess took my rollator out of the way for us. I would definitely go back and would recommend it as well. I forgot to mention that I loved the aquarium and paddle fan!“

“Last Friday I ordered carry out for myself, daughter, and mom (who is in a rehab center on Clyo). I went to pick it up but left my lights on and had to get a jump. I called and Bobbi was gracious enough to remake the order so the food would be fresh and hot. There was a lot going on that day and Bobbi’s kindness was a huge boost on a bat day. I appreciate her kindness so much!!“

“This is one of my favourite Bob Evan's locations. It isn't the cold and yucky update that they've done. This location still has the warm and old charm that Bob Evan's used to. The staff is always friendly, food always comes out quickly and correctly. Despite always being busy, there is rarely a wait and the atmosphere is great for conversation.“

We had a flat tire in the parking lot eve of July 4th, and the manager Billy went above and beyond by offering help with the flat and inviting our family inside to stay cool while we waited for AAA. Even though the restaurant was about to close, he kept the doors open a little longer just to accommodate us and our kids. Truly kind and compassionate service — thank you, Billy! “Stopped at Bob Evans, Lebanon, Ohio for lunch 2 days in a row. Had the same server, Elizabeth, both days, she is excellent. Very nice and does a great job. Food at Bob's is always good.“

“We found Ladder 41 in between games at a soccer tournament. The line to order food was long but it all came out quickly and correctly after we ordered. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and games for them to play while we waited. Great atmosphere and we plan to visit again when we are back in the area!“

“The service is always great and every time I eat at Bob Evans, I ask for a cobb salad substituting the lettuce with spinach. My dear friend and I meet up about 1-2 times a month (he loves it here) and I must admit, the dishes he orders look and smell like home cooked meals.“
