This restaurant breaks numerous health and safety laws including: not washing their hands before making food, dropped food is picked up and put back into containers when customers are not looking, gloves are not used to pick up food at any time unless visible, hair is consistently in food, faces are touched, sneezing happens around if not in the food, black mold is growing in the blender, bathrooms are cleaned minimally, and every washable item is not properly sanitized.I would not recommend going here as the owner has a consistent reputation of making employees uncomfortable and having employees quit because of these instances.

After eating our ice cream my 10 year old needed to use the bathroom and wash her hands. They do not allow customers to use the bathroom and have it blocked off for customers. It is illegal for a restaurant that serves food have no customer restroom and no way to wash hands. I took a picture and will send it to the Warren County health department tomorrow.

The ice cream is great but the food needs improvement for sure.The workers are all fantastic.The only other thing I would suggest is them getting a new and improved credit card machine. The current machine takes a long time to make a purchase

Decided to go to DQ as I haven't been in awhile. However, the customer service was completely terrible. A girl named Lilly took my order and kept my credit card for an uncomfortably long time. After she took my payment she was more interested in talking to her friend inside than actually assisting with my order. Even after another employee brought the froze treat to her, she persisted for another 30 seconds or so preferring to talk to another employee before actually giving my card back and my order. I had asked for a receipt and her response was "Yep". The level of customer service was so bad I'm never going back.

Dipped cone always delicious. But, was kind of bummed they didn’t use Oreo cookies in the Oreo cookie blizzard. You could tell bc they did not taste like Oreos. Some cheap knockoff. Will make sure not to stop by this location if I need an Oreo cookie blizzard fix.Service was fast and staff friendlu
