After eating our ice cream my 10 year old needed to use the bathroom and wash her hands. They do not allow customers to use the bathroom and have it blocked off for customers. It is illegal for a restaurant that serves food have no customer restroom and no way to wash hands. I took a picture and will send it to the Warren County health department tomorrow.

The ice cream is great but the food needs improvement for sure.The workers are all fantastic.The only other thing I would suggest is them getting a new and improved credit card machine. The current machine takes a long time to make a purchase

Decided to go to DQ as I haven't been in awhile. However, the customer service was completely terrible. A girl named Lilly took my order and kept my credit card for an uncomfortably long time. After she took my payment she was more interested in talking to her friend inside than actually assisting with my order. Even after another employee brought the froze treat to her, she persisted for another 30 seconds or so preferring to talk to another employee before actually giving my card back and my order. I had asked for a receipt and her response was "Yep". The level of customer service was so bad I'm never going back.

Dipped cone always delicious. But, was kind of bummed they didn’t use Oreo cookies in the Oreo cookie blizzard. You could tell bc they did not taste like Oreos. Some cheap knockoff. Will make sure not to stop by this location if I need an Oreo cookie blizzard fix.Service was fast and staff friendlu

My daughter and I walked up to the curb and an employee locked the door at 7:58 when you're open till 8:00. There were even 6 more teenagers behind us coming to join there friends that were already waiting inside. Do you normally turn away business to close a little early? Seems like terrible way to make money.

This location thinks you can't put oreo in a shake. They said it was a candy and candies cant go in shakes. All other locations do. The training here sucks! Quality is worse than other locations.

Staff was all very nice, and ice cream was fine. I was enjoying myself very fine until a man who identified himself as the owner, named Fred, came out and was HORRIBLY rude to everyone single one of the workers. He told them how they didn't do anything right and even caused a young lady working there to storm off politely to the bathroom, I'm assuming to cry. Terribly mistreated and the whole positive vibe vanished the moment he walked in. DO BETTER.
Today was my cheat day so we took the grandkids to get ice cream. Me and my grandson ordered hot fudge sundaes. Apparently you only get one pump of hot fudge sauce so basically you get vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of hot fudge. Not worth the money for this. If I had wanted vanilla ice cream I would have ordered that. They would put more on it for 70 cents. Miamisburg Dairy Queen is soooo much better!!!

The first thing that comes to mind when thinking about the Springboro Dairy Queen, is organized chaos. The drive through line is always wrapped around the parking lot, however it moves quickly. I was watching TV and a commercial came on showing they now have the seasonal blizzards back for a limited time. I quickly drove 20 minutes to got one. This is the mini pumpkin pie blizzard. With only 360 calories total worth every calorie and will kick the craving without you feeling like you over did it. The best part they are only $2.89. My next flavor I cannot wait to try it the cinnamon roll center. Yumm. If you do not want to wait in the drive though the inside is open as well with plenty of parking.
