For the average person who the stuff below this paragraph may make no sense to, it's actually a really good place and they're trying hard to do good they just need a little love.
4* only because product quality could have been a little better. Placement of toppings looked like they could have just been drop and go on one pizza and the other was a bit dump and go as well. A little product training could go a long way at this store. That being said I got carside and the employee was friendly and I could see it looked like the hustle was there with the whole crew in store.

Stopped at Domino's in person Friday after an order for delivery from another pizza place was lost to power outages. Our order was taken immediately and pizzas were ready quickly, hot and fresh. The store seemed very well staffed and seemed to be a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed seeing everyone working get along well and smiling even on a Friday night that was probably more hectic than normal!

I ordered an extra large pizza with peperoni, extra cheese, sausage, bacon and mushrooms. I received a plain cheese pizza. Called the store and talked to a manager named Ryan who was more than rude. I'm going to order elsewhere and I am removing the Domino's app from my phone.

I did a mobile order last night and am very pissed by not only this store but everything about dominos. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pan pizza well done and cut in squares but instead I received a raw triangle cut pizza. I’ve been eating at dominos for a long time and this is by far my worst experience. Back in March I had an issue with the same store that immediately after I received my order I was sent an email basically stating they knew how bad it was that they wanted to give me a free pizza. I called the store and they wanted to food back in return so they could give me a replacement like I was a liar I suppose. After 40-45 mins had gone by I checked outside because it had been so long and my order was placed right out the entrance door of my apartment complex. Didn’t even have the audacity to ring it so I could buzz in and be handed my order that was messed up in the first place. I work in food service so I am very disappointed and disgusted on how this operates.

The pizza was salty and he was begging for a 40$ tip
Ordered two pizzas. One was supposed to be the NY Style which is 6 slices but received one with 8 slices. Pretty sure the pizza was made before ordered then the extras spred so lightly around. No extra cheese which was paid for. Veggies were paid for but maybe a spoon of each. The other pepperoni wasn't hot and again no extra cheese. It was over $50 for them without tax or tip. Kids didn't like it and they're young and usually eat anything. We never throw pizza away but did this time. It was fast but would have liked them hot and done right like the commercial.

Normally we love dominoes and have not had any issues, but this is a special exception. We placed an order for delivery though my gf accidentally put the wrong number. She called back and the guy asked for a new number and she so they put in the new one and so that was that. However their tracker was down and w'ere wondering where it is 40 min. later. So she calls and finds they circled around the apartment complex called and left a voice-mail to *the previous number* and that they never had the ability to update the number. Manager was unhelpful and wouldn't budge on not charging for another delivery ($5). I would gladly pick it up myself if I had a car and it was not 3 miles away. He was generally rude saying it is our fault no one was there and they never had the ability to change the number. If they said this beforehand we would of waited outside the complex, but he could not understand that there was a lie and said no one said that (which is false I was there when my gf called). Love love dominoes pizza but don't order from this location. It seems like I'm not the only one having problems with this location though. (And as further insult while I was luckily refunded the reward points spent were not).
