I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.

I ordered the mushroom steak hoagie and requested extra sauce. The person taking my order said no that they have no way to charge extra so it comes straight out of Dominos pocket. That was a first for me. I won't be going back

For the average person who the stuff below this paragraph may make no sense to, it's actually a really good place and they're trying hard to do good they just need a little love.
4* only because product quality could have been a little better. Placement of toppings looked like they could have just been drop and go on one pizza and the other was a bit dump and go as well. A little product training could go a long way at this store. That being said I got carside and the employee was friendly and I could see it looked like the hustle was there with the whole crew in store.

Stopped at Domino's in person Friday after an order for delivery from another pizza place was lost to power outages. Our order was taken immediately and pizzas were ready quickly, hot and fresh. The store seemed very well staffed and seemed to be a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed seeing everyone working get along well and smiling even on a Friday night that was probably more hectic than normal!

I ordered an extra large pizza with peperoni, extra cheese, sausage, bacon and mushrooms. I received a plain cheese pizza. Called the store and talked to a manager named Ryan who was more than rude. I'm going to order elsewhere and I am removing the Domino's app from my phone.
