Have been here for lunch a few times in the past and have had a positive experience. Unfortunately after the service we received during dinner on 4/18, I will not be back. We were seated promptly and got our drinks quickly, but after that we never saw our waitress again until the very end. Another waitress brought my friend’s burger and said the kitchen was behind with all of the orders but the pizza I ordered was coming. I said no worries, thinking it’d be a couple minutes tops. Twenty minutes later I still haven’t gotten any food and my friend was already finished with his meal. No one checked on us or gave us an update, or gave him a refill of water during his meal. Our original waitress finally noticed something was off and she said they dropped the pizza on the floor and had to remake it. If that were the case I don’t understand why we weren’t informed by either waitress. There wasn’t even an apology. The waitress seemed annoyed that I didn’t want it anymore (considering we got no update and my friend was already finished eating his meal) and she offered to box it up because apparently it was finally ready. I tried it and it wasn’t even hot, which tells me it had to have been sitting at the pass for a while. We always try to support local spots, so it’s very disheartening to have received the service we did while watching everyone else get checked on regularly and get their food. Mistakes happen, but the fact that no one bothered to check on us or offer an apology is why we won’t be back. Diners deserve to feel like their business is appreciated, not an inconvenience.

My husband and I finally made it to Heather's, I've been wanting to try it for a while and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious (I had the nay-nay sandwich !!!) We sat in the back bar (it was so quaint) my husband said he felt like he was in New England. The staff was fantastic and service was great... Heather is an amazing person who truly loves and cares... We will definitely be back (can't wait for the weather to warm up and spend time on the patio)

This was a cute lil cafe we tried out. Tried the crack dip. I thought it was going to be melted but was more of a cheese ball but it was even better!! My only complaint was it says served with baguette and it came with naan bread that was kind of cold. It could of been warmed up. Other than that my service was terrific. Loved my nay nay sandwich. And had to have two peach mai tai bc they were so good! Will definitely be back :)

We went for dinner and music. The food was ok but not great. The service was excellent. We were dive bombed by yellow jackets. They moved a planter for us to solve that. Disappointed in the shortage of restrooms and the reservation policy that seated us on the badly slanting sidewalk across a fence and still charged us $5 each cover charge. The music did not start on time and it got to be so late we couldn’t hear the band we wanted to see.

WHELP there are 2 portapotties on the sidewalk in the bar area. You can smell them for a block. Obviously no place to wash up. So why would you eat there?

This place is a real gem that I would encourage anyone in the area to check out. Great food, service, and atmosphere. They even have live bands from time to time. Parking is the only downfall as it is in downtown Springboro.

I went there to listen to a band with hs friends. The band was good and there was adequate seating. The service and atmosphere was good. Though, I didn't eat anything there myself, several of my friends did. It looked good and they said it was really good.

Efficiently run coffee place. Patio out back is great in the summer for a drink or two.Update: had lunch with an old friend and service is still great! Server checked in once in a while to see how we were doing without interrupting our conversation. Food was excellent. And they allow dogs on the patio!
