Not once but every single time they are out of veggies or super greens or the seared veggies and they already make the bowl so you don’t wanna say throw it out but dang that’s most of the bowl discount it or something they need to quit being so lazy with making the veggies highly recommend not going there if you like veggies.. if your a plain eater yes!

Moved here from Texas last year and a friend told us about Hot Head Burritos. We tried it that first week and absolutely love it. Food and service are really good. I do wish they'd fix their app. We have a ton of reward points (you can redeem them for free food), but it will never let me use the points, so they're basically useless to me.

The mean girls behind the counter asked us if we realized that they closed in over an hour when we came to dine in. They definitely were put out that we walked in the door.

Bathroom closed at 8:15 and dinning room open till 9:00 employees said we cleaned it so you can't use it, then she said go to Drug Mart 4 stores over and use their's, won't be back to this branch, horrible customer service

Maybe don’t close until close. Came in at 630pm to dine in. The kids working were nice enough until refusing to let my wife and I use the restroom to wash our hands or use the bathroom; because “they already closed it for the night…. something something chemicals.. bleach… something health code blah blah…. We took it to go.
No, I'm not over-exaggerating. I honestly think that this place is underrated, and I realize that people are more inclined to leave a review when they have a bad experience, but personal experiences vary. Like, with me, every time I've been here, the ingredients were fresh, the employees were friendly, the place was clean, and the food was affordable. Plus, the parking is great!
Vegetarian options: You can literally just ask for no meat or anything that violates vegetarian standards.
Parking: The parking lot is never crowded, and you can't park directly in front of the establishment, which is very handy in case there's a fire.
