Hello! I recently visited Hummus Mediterranean Restaurant in Springboro, Ohio, and had the chance to sample some of their delicious dishes. I created a bowl with a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients, and also enjoyed their chickpea hummus, tabouli, and baba ganoush. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Today, I visited Hummus Mediterranean Food Restaurant located at 75 North Main Street in Springboro, Ohio. I tried their "Build Your Own Bowl" with an array of incredible toppings, along with the farfelli, tabouli, hummus, and stuffed grape leaves. The food was absolutely amazing—so fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor.

I think I found my new favorite Mediterranean spot! I would give it a 10/10 for price, portion size, freshness, and flavor.
Hummus Mediterranean Food is not far off the corner of Main St and Central Ave in Springboro, easy access off the road, and plenty of parking and seating inside.
Think of like Subway, Fusian, or BIBIBOP Asian Grill's set up, you can see and pick your ingredients for the bowls and salads.
But that's not all the have, there's more going on in the back.Everything is fresh. Made to order.
I had to go back for baklava which was perfect! Light airy phyllo just crispy and crunchy enough, enough nuts, enough honey I'm in love.
And because I know this matters to someone else besides me, they don't have flimsy plastic wear. You can really dig into that bowl with their fork or spoon and get the leverage you need lol

Food was wonderful and the service was spot on. Not a sit down and waiter situation, but the owner and employees do a great job on getting you what you want (especially with kids wanting crazy orders). They were able to satisfy the needs of me and my wife and three children (yes, a 15 month old as well). We will be back if ever in the area!
Side note: food wasn't greasy at all and had an earthy quality that made for an amazing protein kick.
Atmosphere could use some work, but I don't have any negative feedback for the shop.

Went today after work and was once again blown away by the service. The server remembered me from previous times and offered to let me try new menu items. The food was incredible as always. 10/10 recommend the lentil soup and stuffed falafel.

We love this spot for quick Mediterranean!! We have gotten take out here a few times now and are happy every time. We love the gyro wraps and bowls! The food is fresh and delicious every time. Definitely try the hummus + pita & falafel when you’re there. You will not be disappointed. The employees there are always so friendly and helpful. I even was given a free sample of their lentil soup while they made the wraps. It was delicious and much appreciated :) Highly recommend this spot. I’m glad we have it in the neighborhood.
Tried this place for the first time tonight. It was so good. All the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! Great service. Friendly and helpful. We got carry out, and the portion sizes were really plentiful. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

So much to like here— food is the freshest and all made in house (nothing processed), value is off the charts for what you find these days, service is exceptional, clean and neat as a pin too! They continue to add new items to the menu. We stop about once a week!
