Orders wrong when I online order on a consistent basis. More upsetting then that. I never get an apology or refund or extra food for having to come back up and get the correct order.

My husband got a bolt in his sandwich that fell out of the hood range. I called to get owners number to discuss it with him because I don’t think that was right not to get a follow up call. If he would have swallowed it could have killed him. Brad the manager spoke to me disrespectful and told me he didn’t have to give me anything when I ask for owners number.
This was a good store but I am second guessing myself on maintenance and smart attitude I received

They were very nice, helpful, worked fast to get everyones food out! Which is great! Only thing is they don't know the proper steps of mikes way and how to prepare sandwiches properly on how jersey mikes should. They need refreshed or taught the proper way, if this location wants to be up to par to mikes standards. But alot of people don't care about those details or even know those details. So they may never been taught.
I call Jersey Mike's because I didn't know you supposed to use the app to order,I got ahold of a young man named Brandon ,He treated me better then any food place I had ever called,He was extremely polite and explained everything to me,I was more then pleased with the service I received from Brandon and and the food was excellent,I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's to everyone,In these days of just being treated like a number I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so well.Thank you Brandon and also Thanks to Brandon's brother Austin for his quick delivery and good manners.Thanks again to a well ran Sandwich Shop .Dorsey Cole

We've recently moved to the area and enjoy a good sandwich. We've been here a few times and each visit was a positive one. The staff, albeit young, are very professional and courteous. They are efficient and able to get your order completed without rushing the process or making a huge mess. We've yet to experience any errors to our sandwiches despite each having modifications. Even when busy, you won't be waiting too long at all.The store is clean and there is plenty of parking available. We won't hesitate to return at any point.
