I'm not generally a thick crust guy (NY thin all the way) but this was very good. They honored a coupon that wasn't in their system and was very customer focused. I'll definitely be back.

This place cannot keep to the pickup times. Every time, it has taken them 30-40 minutes after the pickup time get a pizza done. I’m fine with it taking longer to cook, but Jets refusal to tell me an accurate time so that I’m showing up half an hour early every time is unacceptable.

Never have had a bad experience, staff are always friendly and ensure I get the right order.
Their delivery takes for ever. They never have enough drivers and the Manager needs fired if he can schedule enough drivers. We order JETS maybe one time a month and every time we wait over an hour or 2

We've never been here, and we called in our order. They have amazing customer service. The deep dish pizza is delicious! The cheese, sauce and crust is perfect! Most pizza places have to much sugar in the sauce this place is just right! We will definitely make this place #1 at our home. Thank you ❤️
