Firstly, they are super unprofessional over the phone. Secondly, they couldn’t care less about preparing food properly. They put almost nothing on our sandwiches. I haven’t had a nice JJ sub in months and I am mega disappointed. I should have pushed my wife harder for Jersey Mike’s. Don’t go here.

First time eating here for lunch. Being I work in that area a lot, I normally go to DLM. But so tired of DLM. But for some reason, all that Money in that area, and nowhere really to get a quick lunch. So Jimmy Johns was good. Wish I would of got more Italian dressing on My sub(which I did ask for) and the prices are outrageous. For 1 sub(not the big one) was $13+. And It's not a big sub at all. Left Me still hunger at lunch. I won't be going back to any Jimmy Johns unless They somehow make that right by Me. Because it was very disappointing.

Desmond took some additions to my order, assured me that we would get toppings with our order for 35 lunch boxes (pickles, onions, cucumbers, etc). I spoke to him twice to make sure we were all set. Wouldn't you know it, it shows up with out a single topping, not even some mayo packages. Long story short, don't trust Desmond to do anything right, BUT I called Dustin, and he was kind enough to make the sides up and bring them to our factory. Kudos to you Dustin. You went above and beyond! AND he refused the tip I tried to give him.
